Subway — Restaurant in Houston

Either time needs to be changed on google or the property should stay open till 11PM. I came to this specific location because it specifically states its open till 11 and even if the store was closing at 10:00 PM the store was still closed by 9:50PM. Technically the employee still had 10 minutes. There was no reason why it should have been closed 10 minutes prior to closing if they close at 10PM. The employee even shook their head no to tell me it was closed and laughed about it....

I asked sir to change his gloves after opening a thing of turkey and putting it on the cutter. He changes one glove.
