As a food service worker, the service/location is an Absolute NIGHTMARE.
Went late on a Friday night to find the drive thru line was fully wrapped around the building, blocking all entrances to the parking lot, and fully extending into the main streets. I've never seen such a horrendous line because of the traffic it was causing.
I was already stuck in line unable to exit the parking lot once I realized the line was moving at snail pace. None the less I got hungrier and hungrier the longer I sat so I settled.
I ordered a very simple meal. A small tea no ice, chips and cheese, and a veggie burrito with no tomato. I even had the lady at the speaker clarify my order. She said she would give me my total at the window.
Once I FINALLY got to the window, they ran my card and handed me a receipt saying I got a large lemonade instead of my drink. I asked them to fix the issue, refund the difference, and give me the correct drink.
About 3 minutes went by and they were panicking about not knowing where my credit card was, causing me to panic. They never asked me for it to do the refund, so I realized I still had it in my lap after everyone freaking out.
They threw a bag of food at me, and I opened it to check. I saw some food, napkins, and chips and cheese so I assumed it was mine. I just wanted to get out of there and not hold up the line any longer.
They refused to give me my drink and credit card back, without me telling them my full name and phone number. Why would they continue to hold up the line with that nonsense?? I demanded my card and drink and left after they refunded me the .50 cent difference.
Upon leaving that's when I discovered they gave me someone else's meal about 3x what I had ordered. I have diet restrictions, so all I could eat were the chips and hot sauce.
At least the locals ate well that night. I had to give it all away.
I even considered going back to get the correct food because I was still starving after waiting in the drive through for almost 30 minutes. Upon circling around I saw the line had extended to 4 cars sitting in the one lane street trying to keep a place in line.
Unless you want to gamble getting entirely the wrong order, dealing with intoxicated staff that are equally confused and careless, and block up traffic in a single lane street, dont bother with this place at night. Especially...

However one if the employees who was black kid with a mask seemed to be having a bad day and goes and starts smashing his head against the door like he hates his life. After when he called out my order he said it in a rather rude aggressive tone. I dint take it personally, but it did bother me that he would come across aggressive when calling a customrs order. They forgot to but black beans on our order and put a small portion of chicken in the power box. When I asked the lady she communicated to the employee that was working in the kitchen ( the one who was aggressive earlier in tone) that we need a side of black beans. So when we received our black beans that we were missing, it was a small portion and he hardly put any in the container. He also seemed to have an attitude towards his work mates. I never wish to return to this location because of this experience. If Taco Bell wants good workers they should pay higher wages so they can have emoyees whom actually want to work and won't take it out on coworkers...
Read moreLiterally the worst Taco Bell location I have ever been too. Came by here this last week around 10PM to get some burritos. Pulled up to the drive through and waited for about 3minutes and never heard anyone come through the speaker. Assumed they might be closed so I drove up to the drive through window. A guy was there and answered the door and I told him we didn’t get a response through the speaker so we pulled up. He told me he did say something but I, my roommate and our other two passengers didn’t hear anyone over the speaker and we let him know this. He let me know I needed to pull all the way around to order and I asked if we could just order at the window since we already waited. He didn’t talk through the speaker and we were already at the window and taking the order at the window didn’t affect anything. He didn’t budge so we got back in line. Line had doubled by then so we then waited about 20+ minutes to order. When we finally ordered, got our order and got home, we found out that our order was not even close to what we asked for in the slightest. I called the corporate number and left a message. No...
