Taqueria Don Tin (Food Truck) — Restaurant in Houston

This place has excellent food!! But Customer Service gas gone down the drain since new staff has been in place. I can relate to Claudias review. I called to place an order over the phone and that same lady picks up to take my order and i know its her because im placing the order right in front if her from inside my car. I start telling her what I want and she accuses me if saying something that i didn't. Something different to the same order i gave been placing over the past 4 years of coming here. I correct her on what I said and she continued to argue with me. I don't think these people understand good business comes from regular customers. I choose where i want to spend my hard...

My order took 1 hour to be made and I had to come down 2 times to this taqueria to ask if my order was ready, because they don't answer the phone or call you back.

The other issue I have with this place is that they don't give you a free cup of frijoles rancheros with each order, they used to give at least 1 cup but for some reason they stopped.

Don't buy from this don tin taqueria, in my opinion the hamburgers are a mess, they take to long to make an order, they don't give a free cup of frijoles rancheros with each order, the hamburger is expensive and not worth it.

Non of the employees working on this taqueria wears a mask and that's the worse...

We used to come here a lot, not sure if the people are new here now but the food is definitely not good the past few times we’ve came recently. tacos and 2 sopes for $27. I was better off eating a hot pocket at home than this. Won’t be returning again, the quality of food has declined tremendously over the years.

My boyfriend and I now have stomach cramps after eating this food earlier. I would give 0 stars if I could, what a rip off. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 we didn’t even finish our food, straight in the trash...
