A-MAX Auto Insurance — Local services in Houston

I would never recommend this place of business, if you want to call it a business. I stopped by yesterday to get a quote for auto insurance. The young lady was there, was so rude. When I would ask questions, she would just act like she was typing and give me sarcastic answers. Then she would just completely ignore any other questions. When finally she just tossed me , my driver license and said to just to get out and she wasn't going to help me at all. That she didn't need my business, i can't believe someone would hire somebody with a terrible attitude. Worst customer service I had ever experienced. Don't waste your time here, just go somewhere else...

He went above and beyond to get my wife and myself the car insurance we needed at the price that fit my budget. (plus roadside assistance to go with it for a reasonable price.). I was told I would hear back from them on Monday. I said no problem. But after 10 minutes I received a phone call that I was approved on the same day .
