( ( ( M U S T R E A D ) ) ) I'm sure you will get a kick oit of this one.😀.So I stop in to S.S. about 1or 2 times a week. 1 location or the other, and i think to my self (WHY) is a help wanted sign ALWAYS ! In the window.So I start to chop it up with this friendly above mid age gent. That seemed to have a great disposition.Of being long winded. Lets say his name is.....( J ) ..J gave me a great lil story about how he just can't find any good help.....and how the youth today just don't have the work ethic we do....and I can't agree more ....so I think about what the Gent.said ..and looked to the ( REVIEW'S) they dont Lie.....Why would they....Not worth the time ...rite ..Just dont go back!!! So after reading .☝I know just the one for the .Position....! My 72 year young Mom! Yes! Young.....Im 43 she gets around better then me and a lot of us😘Mom.And how better to get the real inside scoop! I call ( J ).And ask if he would be interested in a part time .helper that was retired.....SURE...I could use the help!...👍 Great....Mom is on board to..Interview....Nailed it!! Come in tomorrow 11a.m.to 3..👍She shows up for work..and (J) shakes her down for $10 For a S.S. And if you bring your own lunch you get looked down.and can't even put it in the fridge..? Slime water bild up in the fridges.water backup in the sink.so bad the you cant even do the dishes....!!!??? ( Sick) ...I just want to know why this Gent(J) can't get good help..Sorry (J) you are the issue..Sir .Customers first...yes! BUT WITH OUT RESPECT FOR YOUR ELDERS AND YOUR EMPLOYEES...You will never find good help....( J ) I wish you the best. In your journey to success. If you go in to get a sandwich, they are okay, but don't try ordering trays for any type of function. We tried using them for our last three church functions. Not once were they ready, and the last time we were told they were ready at another location (20 minutes away in traffic). We drive to the other location and are told that we're mistaken (no, we were next to the lady who called the owner, who said it was there.). They told us up and down that they didn't have our order, but if we would wait, they would make us the two trays. They finished one tray and then had to get something out of the cooler, and guess what was there?? Our two trays. We hurried back to the church. Later talked to the owner and he wanted us to come by so he could give us a free tray for our troubles. Once there, he started telling us it was our fault. It turned into a huge fight in front of customers and employees. Bad scene. Keep your moose...

The Supreme Sandwhich on Hammerly is the original and I have eaten there many times over the years. It has always been quality and is the best value sandwich in the Spring Branch area. They have great egg and chicken salad. They have a cheap cheesesteak if you get there during lunch hours. They have one of the cheapest hoagies in town too. Love this place. My only gripe is that is located in a terrible place as far as logistics and lots of times people get creative getting to this location. Expects some twists, turns and bumps getting to this place if you are coming from...
