Thang's Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Houston

This is my first ever bad review for anybody, because I know how damaging it could be. Anywho this was my first time ever in this restaurant so when I started my order the young lady said they're certain items that they're out of. So cool I ordered wings and had to get fries since there weren't any rice left. I waited 27 minutes on my order only to get my wings back with LEMON PEPPER on them. SMH so as I'm checking my food I asked the young lady why she didn't say they put lemon pepper on the wings and why she didn't ask me? She gets an attitude. The gentleman in the back makes it over. The same young lady bagging the food asking but really being sarcastic, "Do you want the ketchup and other stuff too!?! I told the lady I was an executive chef and Osha Inspector certified. She continued with the bs until the man that remade the food said, "You can't talk like that to customers!!!" Which was a little too late. I'll never and I do mean never will ever come here unless for an INSPECTION. She was very rude but I'm pretty sure y'all already knew that. Also I'm going on all platforms and up the ladder too. I know she and the guy think I've forgotten...

I always love coming here because the food is always really good. But today I have been completely overwhelmed and irritated with the entire experience. I’m on my lunch break and called the order in. I ordered an 8 pc whole wing and a large juice light ice. I get there and go inside to pay and pick up my order… why is she literally just putting the order in when i pay to pick it up. 25 minutes later when im just getting my food, I ask when do they normally put the order in when its called in and she says “ about 5 minutes after the order is placed”. I ask well does that not defeat the purpose of calling an order in? I’m on my lunch break and it’s almost over now. She rolls her eyes and breathing hard, says “oh… yeah sorry bout that” extremely condescending and dry. CRRAAAZZYY. If i was to get an attitude back and start causing a scene then i would be out of line though. Horrible customer service, Horrible for lunch time,...

Came in this establishment and ordered a shrimp po boy while waiting extremely long for my order i ask did they serve a very popular new orleans dish call Yakamein. Owner was very rude when answering my question. I ask did he have any to go menus available and once again rudely answered. When i got home to eat my meal i was presented with a look of disgust at what they call a shrimp po boy. Tiny shrimp (not real gulf shrimp) with the breading falling off to say i was angry was a mild taste of how i was feeling. I also ordered a chicken tenders and fries plate for my boys and had to toss that in the trash because it was fried to hard. I can not tell the next person how to spend their money but i would advise you not to order what i ordered. I'll rather spend my money at Timmy Chang's from now on at least the food is...
