We came November 4,2024 around 3:50 and placed a order we had not paid yet because we where still looking around and wanted to change the size of the drink and the lady said she could not she had already put it on the system EVEN THOUGH WE HAD NOT PAID YET . We asked to speak to the manager since she seemed like she did not know what to press on the machine no manager was available. Updating this 6 yrs later from 4 stars to wishing i could do none i just came by and was charged double i can see both charges went through whoever is working the shift on 03/21/25 at 2:24 was not only rude from the get go but like i told him even if the other charge will fall off he should have mentioned it he used the poor excuse that he was making the smoothies but that doesnt take the use of his mouth , or he could of mentioned once receipt was given. Dude behind the counter was ranting to us about how they make him do too much and he literally said it was bs. Didn’t mind, it was funny until it was time to pay for our 2 large smoothies. The card machine wasn’t working and he was throwing a tantrum, throwing the card scanner and the landline phone. We offered to pay with zelle or Apple Pay. He didn’t accept that.
