This is connected to Costco, but not a part of Costco. Meaning you don't need your card to get in, and it doesn't have the Costco-branded sprits. With that said, the prices are great, better than Spec's for sure.
The only negative is that parking can be a bit of a hassle because it is connected to Costco. Even walking up to the store can be a challenge because of all the traffic.

Overall, the store was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly and quick to help me when I needed it.
