Wendy's — Restaurant in Houston

Today, my wife wanted Wendy's after church. I had to go to work, so it was something that would be quick and easy/ in and out. I mean, it's supppooosed to be fast food, right?? Well, when we pulled up to the drive-thru to order, I asked for a few moments to ensure we all knew what we wanted. Right as soon as I am about to start our order, the worker rudely blurts out...." Hello?!!" As if we're holding her up. Very off-putting, to say the least. As I started the order, I couldn't help but notice this woman's lack of order taking skills. It was insane. As I ordered each item, it was met with a very rudely put..."What else????" Literally, after each item. Once finished, we pulled ahead and paid. Our order came out to almost $42 bucks for the 6 of us. We were then told to pull ahead after receiving our drinks because our food wasn't quite ready. So we did and waited about 10 to 15 minutes.

Fortunately, all the orders were correct, but the food was NOT fresh. You'd think after waiting all that time, this would be the experience, but it was not.

I was NOT about to deal with these workers after the first part of this experience I already mentioned, and so we just left unsatisfied.

Do NOT go to this location. They are very unprofessional, and the order taker, an African American middle-aged woman, wearing a short slicked down something or another hairstyle, was not friendly at all.

Will NEVER go back to...

(1/14 @ 836 pm) As we sat and ate a young guy came in and was ordering and literally rolling a philly of marijuana on the counter in front of the female cashier and the manager and no one said anything. Turns out he was more than just a customer, he went into the employee area to get a lighter and stood and the entry way of the door, holding it open, and lit it up. Within seconds runs back in, takes it towards the back and lets another employee hit the blunt. The smell was horrible and the action of all the employees on shift was disturbing. I guess the behavior of the employees suits the surrounding area perfectly since its in a ghetto area filled with homeless addicts and its says a lot about not only the manager but also the DM and corporate. I spent a total of 57 for my dine in and take home, should have wasted my $ in a better facility....

I never write reviews but this was the most horrific experience of my life. We ordered two biggie bags, one with the double stack and one with the crispy chicken blt. We drove off with our order and got to our house only to realize the patty in the chicken blt was bitten into!!!! We immediately brought it back to get it remade and the drive through worker said that the burger wasn’t even the chicken blt …. which is even a bigger red flag because why were we given something that is not what we ordered!? He claimed we were lying (to our face) and shut the window. They remade the sandwich but did not do anything else correctly in this situation. Where’s the customer service, guest resolution and quality???? This whole situation was unsettling and disgusting. We dined around...
