Worst Wendy's I have ever been to! Unfortunately this is the closest wendys to my house so when it's late and I need to grab a quick bite on my way home I try and give this place the benefit of the doubt but all three times that I have gone I am greeted by a rude and incompetent staff. My most recent visit was 5/30/15 around 11pm. Once again the cups they gave me were soggy as if they had been sitting out in the rain; the first time this happened the bottoms of the cups busted completely through! , this time the girls at the window hand us the cup holder, which was also very flimsy and soggy, causing the heaviest drink to tip over inside of my car! There was a big puddle of soda all over my pants and the floor of my car! And the idiot has the nerve to say "are you gonna want another one!" By the time I get home the bag they stuffed all three meals in was beginning to rip at the bottom and the 3 frosties we ordered weren't even in the regular small cups instead they put them in the even smaller kids cups, the fries were cold and soggy and the burgers were just a big sloppy mess with slimy lettuce and tomatoes! I WILL NOT VISIT THIS WENDYS AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE BOTHER EITHER. I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS HOW THE OWNER RUNS HIS BUSINESS OR IF HE SIMPLY DOES NOT KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON INSIDE OF HIS OWN LOCATION BUT THIS PLACE COULD DEFINITELY USE A NEW OWNER AND A NEW STAFF!!!!!! Read moreWe went through the drive-thru. The woman taking our order had a slight difficulty understanding our order. There was some static, but she was a little short as well. When we got to the window, my husband handed his card to her to pay. She used the very tips of her fingers and almost dropped it onto the ground when it slipped. She swiped and gave us the card back. We didn't get one of the drinks we ordered. He told her we still needed another rootbeer. She said, "I only charged you for one." He said, "We ordered two." She said, "I only charged you for one." He said, "Well, I need another one." He went to hand her his card, and she proceded to take the card with her fingertips again. He pulled it back and set it down himself on the window just inside so it didn't get dropped. She said sarcasticly, "Do you want me to hand your card back to you that way?" He said, "I set it down. I didn't want it to be dropped. You almost dropped it before, and you were taking it the same way." She said, "Well, I'll throw it at you too when I hand it back." He then asked for extra napkins with a please. We left and found we didn't get one of our straws or needed fork for one of the potatoes. We had some in the car, so just let it go. Read moreI visited Wendy’s on Howard Drive on 04-07-2025. In drive thru, I ordered the chicken Asiago meal. I returned the chicken sandwich thru drive thru because the chicken was dried out and nearly burned. I asked that a fresh sandwich be made. After waiting 15 minutes for the sandwich I left the store. When I got home and opened the sandwich, there were bugs on the sandwich. I called the store and spoke with Roseville(the name she gave me) telling her I was just in Wendy’s and got home to a sandwich with bugs. Since she appeared amused I asked for the ph# to Wendy’s dist. mgr. I called the # she gave me but it was incorrect. I called the store back and again spoke with Roseville but this time I asked for a manager. She said she was the manager at which time I told her that the ph# she gave me was incorrect. I asked for a good # or a 1-800 number. She provided neither. I should have looked at the reviews before I went to this store. I posted pictures that show the sorry state of the sandwich I was supposed to eat. Being given a sandwich with bugs is a new low. At no time did the manager ask that I return the sandwich or apologize. I could have bitten into this sandwich and almost did. I intend to pursue this...
