Wendy's — Restaurant in Houston

I went through the drive-thru at this Wendy’s at 7760 Bellfort on 7/28/2023 between 12:05 pm and 12:19 pm the cashier failed to return my debit card, I didn’t notice until that evening. When I checked my account there was another charge from this location and they went to the Pollo Campero next door and brought something there. After investigating I found three more charges at other area businesses. I quickly called and reported my card as stolen. Since I live far from this location I went back the next day to see if the management could be of assistance, I was in for a rude awakening, not only was I not assisted properly the person who claimed to be the manager was rude and very unprofessional her name is Maria. When asked for the general manager she replied that they weren’t there, I asked for the name and she said “ Walida” ( if that was the correct name and spelling) I asked for the last name and she replied she didn’t know it. I walked out and remembered I didn’t ask for Maria’s last name when I went back in she completely ignored me. I have a video of this rude lady and it will be part of my police file against this location. Thank God I called my banking institution and got the card canceled before any real damage was done. I now believe she was the one who had my card and made the purchases. I have called the customer service number and voiced my complaint. I talked to someone named Gabriel and was assured the district manager would contact me, as of today no one from Wendy’s has reached out. Even though the amount is small compared to what could have happened had I not known about it until a later time and day. I will be pressing charges on all who were involved. Not that anybody cares because it's a fast food restaurant but Rayeed, Tyreed,Thyroid ,Tyreen or whatever the Indian or Middle Eastern guys name that was working the window at 6:40 on 8/30/23 was. It's first thing in the morning. I'm just trying to grab a quick breakfast. I saw that advertised three for $3. I was like okay. Sounds good to me. Let's give it a try and normally I just run and grab the McDonald's on the way. I said can't get the three for $3 the sausage biscuit. He said that one doesn't come on it. I had to point the picture out and say yes it does. The only thing I was asking for was a Coke zero in substitute of the coffee. He said I'm not supposed to but sure. I thought that was a little odd but rolled with it. I paid in cash and that's it right? Nope. I get to the end of the drive and I'm about to pull out and realize that my potatoes are not in the bag or reverse and go back to the window. And he said give me back the coke and I'll give you the potatoes. I said dude, it's three for $3. He said no. ( Since the guy did not give me a receipt, I think he's skimming the register). I don't have time to argue in the morning and I'm sure nobody else does either so this is probably a constant thing. I like this one because it's sort of close to my job and I enjoy coming here for lunch. Sometimes it's amazing how one single bad experience can ruin literally years worth...

The person shown in the picture is supposedly a manager here, Stefanie I believe her name is was EXTREMELY RUDE. I came here to order a $5 biggie bag & was told it’s not available. The whole ordering process with her was very unwelcoming & she rushed me through the entire ordering process. (I had to change my whole order, she should have gave me some time) I ordered the same exact thing in the biggie bag & the total came out to $15 & was told the price can’t be adjusted. Very inconvenient & the whatever may the issue had been with that not being available isn’t my fault. After asking her the reasoning behind not adjusting the price, she told me i can’t get any food, she closed the window on me, walked away & went to somewhere i can’t see her. EVERY SINGLE CAR that pulled up after me got sent away! BAD BUSINESS! She lost so many customers on this Sunday night & she doesn’t even care. (I never pulled off after she refused to give me my food, I sat and typed this review, I asked for the manger several times to pay & she refused!) As you can see my food was prepared & She still refused to give me the food…… I will be reaching out to the store manager first thing...
