Dunkin' — Restaurant in Howard

Ordered two iced coffees. Nothing special. Just plain ice coffees with cream and flavor swirls.

Ice coffee #1- small with no ice. When I got it, it has ice in it. The cashier went to fix it but when she came back the cup was slightly over half. The cup was almost half empty! I understand the cup won't be full with no ice or less ice drinks on signature/special drink but a regular iced coffee??? I had to ask the cashier to fill it more. And still maybe a 1/4 of the cup was still empty. Anyways. Drove home, wife tasted it and it tasted like water. It was terrible. No sign of any flavor of coffee or vanilla. Now sure how that works?

Ice coffee #2- again. No flavor. Tasted like water. Ordered it with cream and a flavor swirl. Tasted like water.

We were on our way to a family function and had no time to drive back to the store. Ended up tossing the drinks and going to Starbucks on the way to family.

This isn't the first time our iced coffees tasted like water at this location. In the past we were still at the store and they remade our drinks. Unfortunately today by the time we got home and tried it we didn't have time to go...

Okay, I don't normally write reviews but I've been here enough where I think I should write one. Just be careful if you drink decaf...I always order decaf and have received regular about half of the time, they also periodically omit the cream and sugar that I order with my coffee...several times, my coffee has also been lukewarm. And they never give me napkins when I've ordered donuts in the drive thru...which makes for a messy situation with 3 kids...not cool. Last but not least, they charge 25 cents for water...ugh. Needless to say, I'm not a fan of the service and I always hesitate going here because there are so many other good coffee stops close by...Uncle Mike's, La Java, even Kwik Trip.

On the up side, the shop is in a very convenient spot and the few times they've had my coffee order "correct," it's been delicious. I love the cinnamon donuts. Just wish the service was better and...

They're hit or miss in general, but they've gone downhill over time. They were doing great with options like Beyond Sausage, hummus toast, avocado toast, etc, but they started cutting back on these things. My 7yo daughter loved their hummus toast and still asks about it every time we go.

The really painful part, though, is specific to this location. They run out of donuts all the time. If you don't make it before 10:30 or 11, you're stuck with what little they happen to have left, which is never the stuff my family wants. I'd understand this once or twice, but when running out of donuts is somehow normal for a place with donuts right in their name, it's a bit silly.

Dunkin - talk to me if you'd like some help with your predictive analytics to help prevent this issue and maximize your revenue in the future. This is a totally preventable problem, and it drives...
