After years of avoiding noodles for similar experiences I was convinced to try a new location (Lineville road, Howard) by a friend. Bad decision. I walked in and was greeted by a snarky teenager who obviously takes little to no pride in her job. At least she was wearing a mask. The other two (one male and one female) in the kitchen were not. The male who was preparing my food without wearing gloves of any kind repeatedly touched his face to wipe the sweat and then touched my food. The female did the same but also played with her hair. Upon receiving my order I politely thanked the girl in the mask and was met with a “yep whatever.” Pretty much as expected. I threw the food out and went to the much cleaner and safer taco bell. I always come here because I love the Mac and cheese. I order it all the time. I did a pick up and order and andded an extra cheese sauce on the side and the amount they gave me didn’t even cover the bottom! I ordered it pretty early because (Sunday morning) I get not wanting to make an order so early but I payed for it. I should receive what I’m paying for. Usually this location is good about their portions. If you order early in the morning go to Oneida street or the mason street. The morning people here on Sunday do not care! I work at anduzis and get payed $4 an hour and would never allow a cook to do this...

This is the 3rd time we had Pad Thai. Not good at all. Bought 3 orders of "extra sauce" with our meals. What we received for extra sauce didn't even taste good. One was runny, one was like syrup and the other we could take out of the container with a FORK. That one sauce was like a big blob of thick carmel.When we called to complain, was told it is aways thick and gets runnery when you put it on the noodles. WHAT? So unprofessional and so disappointing. Have ordered extra sauce at another site and it was good. So disappointed in this store and their 3 staff "girls" who act like they really don't want...
