QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Howard

I placed a pick up order today, had ordered extra protein and corn salsa. When I arrived home, I noticed there was barely any weight to my bowl. Looking through it, I noticed multiple ingredients missing, it definitely did not look like extra protein was added, and the amount of rice was just sad and it looked like a smudge of guac was added. I took it upon myself to drive back.

Once I arrived, I politely asked if I could receive a new bowl because the corn salsa was missing. The guy who was at the counter became upset, he looked through the bowl and confirmed, the corn salsa was missing. I didn’t address the protein because I didn’t want to seem like too much of a stickler. Instead of apologizing to me, he confirmed with me that I wanted a new bowl, to which I said yes. He starts making my new bowl but with anger, I see he only scoops one thing of protein and I reminded him, I ordered & PAID for extra protein, he aggressively throws in another scoop. With this, I started observing him more closely, multiple times, I saw him missing ingredients in my order but he still insisted that he already put it in. I gave up and just took home my new bowl.

His co-worker was kind enough to ask if I wanted to keep the mistaken bowl but I refused because I wasn’t there to try to gain any extras. I simply wanted what I paid for. Hi, former Chipotle KM here, this location has a lot of work to be done, the floors were messy, tables weren't cleaned, food was definitely out longer than it should've been as the beans looked unedible, the white rice I got was partially uncooked, I ordered steak and got brisket, the queso just isn't good (something for corporate to look at), and cilantro is my favorite addition but I opted out of it this time as it looked like the person who cut it didn't know how to or your knives are dull because that cilantro was more bruised than Rihanna after Chris Brown. My burrito also wasn't even that big and the lady not only struggled to wrap it but essentially gave me a ball, she then rung me up with her gloves on before going down to make another order without changing her gloves which is revolting in my eyes. I thought I was gonna be disappointed because of the military location but I decided to give it a chance anyway, I was then told I will be disappointed just by the way the store looked, there's no reason why it should be that dirty, the location is not busy and it's definitely not anywhere near as busy as my old location, clean your surfaces, floors, don't wear gloves on cash, wash your hands before putting on gloves, change your gloves if you accidentally use them on cash, there's so much wrong that EcoSure would definitely give it a solid 60-70, do better please.

I went to go get dinner here and brought it back home to eat. When she went there they didn’t have half the ingredients there made like the fajita veggies salsa no sour cream and etc. when she got home with her order she found out that the chicken wasn’t cooked through and raw in the center. She went to complain to the restraint afterward about this and they would refund her order. She later read the reviews on this and found out she wasn’t the only person with this problem. So please do not go here or you will be serve raw chicken and you won’t even be able to get everything you want if they cook the chicken becuz they won’t have any of it prepped. Stay away and just go to another qudoba or better yet just get a pizza like we did. Never again will we go back and I will make sure I let people know about the terrible...
