Just went to grab two double cheeseburgers and some other things. Total came out to around $26. I brought along a coupon I received in the mail for '2 double cheeseburgers for $8' and handed it to the cashier. She did some things on her screen and said "that'll be $36". Now, how would a coupon cause the amount to go from $26 to $36? - I ask the question "how did it go up $10 with the coupon?" Then she comes back and says it'll be $33 (still $7 more with the coupon). I contested her again and she went and grabbed a manager. After several minutes, she came back and said, that'l be $26 (the original amount) - I pointed this out and she mentioned that it was originally $28 and the coupon took $2 off (which was a lie, the original receipt was stapled to the bag). I told her it is still wrong, and she says she will go get a manager again, to which the girl next to her said loudly, "REALLY? AGAIN?", which was just extremely rude. Eventually they figured it out and the new total came to $21, but the whole ordeal took like 15 minutes and probably added 15 minutes to everyone else in line, which was like 10 or more cars. Just really silly and...
Read moreGreat food and service. Always quick to get your food to you fresh. I love that they make the food to order and don't have it sitting like your standard fast food restaurant. Culver's is a Wisconsin staple. Adding that I tried the Tomato Florentine soup that Culver's has and it's SO delicious I cannot stop eating it! I love that Lineville has it EVERY Monday and I believe Tuesdays as well. The other locations don't have set days they have this soup and you have to call to see if they have it. I know I can get it at least 1-2 times per week in Howard, but other locations should be as great as this one and have set days. The only dislike is that you cannot do an online order with the soup because it doesn't show any special soups like the Tomato Florentine in online ordering - just their chili and general soup that they have daily. The website could be upgraded to show the soup of the day so you can order online and just go do a pickup instead of having to go there and order or call and try to order when you know they are...
Read moreI went through the Culver’s drive thru today. They now have their employees (basically kids) standing in the parking lot with tablets taking orders. It is 90 degrees outside today. The two young girls standing out in the sun on the bare pavement with no shelter and no fans looked ready to pass out. This isn’t safe. This isn’t good customer service. It’s just cruel and unnecessary. I’d like to see better business judgment than this.
Returned again today, June 29. It is 87 degrees out and there is an air quality warning because of the smoke from the Canadian wildfires. This location again had kids standing out on the broiling parking lot taking orders with iPads at people's car windows. This is dangerous...
