Bubbakoo's Burritos — Restaurant in Howell Township

I just left your Howell store after visiting for my first time and all I can say is my visit was anything less than Pleasant. I order a steak and shrimp burrito entree and after eating half of my burrito I realize that it was not what I had ordered. I was embarrassed to say the least that I did not realize the mix-up and after waiting a few minutes and trying to wave down the kid that was in the back on his cell phone I told him about the mix-up he offered to remake the burrito for me. After receiving the correct burrito I pick it up and it is soggy and everything falls out of the bottom of the burrito. Although the first one I have received which was the wrong order was made properly and stayed together. At that point I had lost my appetite from frustration and my date was infuriated at the situation. My order number was 298744. My total was $25.59 but ruining my meal was priceless. I had heard nothing but good things about the bubbakoos name unfortunately I don't see how that is possible with performance like this. Go into order get a burrito and a burrito bowl. Both doubble steak. They make the bowl first when we see the portion of meat we instantly ask that's a double? They say yes with the way the world is today we don't question it again until they put the meat on the regular burrito. It's clearly twice the meat that went in the bowl. So we ask to do a visual comparison when they open they bowl you can tell the difference. We ask them to make it right the manager comes looks and says I don't know what to tell you your either taking it or you're not. So we don't take any of the food. Not to mention they also made a crispy chicken burrito and a Quesadilla for us. So they lost that whole order instead of just making it right. I will never visit this...

Fast, friendly service. Clean restaurant, fresh food, the new Manager, Santos is amazing!! Saw him taking and making orders, communicating clearly with staff, training a new employee (quite obvious it was her first day, but she was doing well) all with a calm and cool demeanor. I’ve seen some managers who sit back in the office and just tell others what to do, he’s in there with his staff, making sure things get done correctly, and making sure that the staff knows exactly what to do.
