Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Howell Township

will never order from here again. ordered for delivery and i was told about 40 minutes. it arrived 1 hour and 20 later. i then called because my order was wrong. the man said ok, and that he’ll put in a new order to fix what they messed up. he yet again told me it would be 40 minutes. i said ok, and i will still wait because i had people i still had to feed. i call the store because over 90 minutes has gone by, i asked the woman if the order was on its way and she said it was never placed. i then asked if it can just be placed because we’re all hungry and she said another 40 minutes. i was tired of waiting and asked for the manager she got rude and said she was the manager. i then asked how long it would be for them to deliver it she yet again said another 40. i told her it was ridiculous and that i don’t understand why it’s taking so long and it should be here soon. she then proceeded to hang up on me. i have now been calling them back and she refused to pick up the call that i have been in the phone with their automated response for...

I have never had a problem with this store before, but this experience was extremely uncalled for. My first pizza did not have enough mushrooms, so, trying to be nice, I asked for a cup of mushrooms to put on the pizza myself, because it was late, and there was no need for them to make a whole new pizza for a couple mushrooms. But, the manager got upset and started poking through my pizza with tongs and his hands saying "mushroom" every time he pulled out one. Then after being asked to make a new one because I don't appreciate random tongs and hands in my food, he threw a fit by remaking the pizza with HANDFULLS of all of the ingredients, making sure to add a heap of mushrooms, then put WAY too much oil on my pizza, making it extremely soggy when it came out, the bottom of the pizza box became mushy by the time I made it home 10 mins after picking up the pizza. The pizza was so floppy, the toppings fell off, and it was just too greasy to enjoy. The other employees were extremely kind and tried apologizing for the manager's...

There could be improvements. First no place to click for forgot password. They say I already have one for my email but I don't know what it is and no way to find out and can't make a new one. 2nd, what are the prices, I went crazy trying to make my order reach the $10 mark, no way to know what anything costs till checkout. Then have to keep going back and forth. 3rd. What is on different specials. I order a Pacific Veggie Pizza cause it's a Friday during lent. What's on a Pacific Veggie pizza? I have no idea (except veggies of some sort). It would be nice if they described their different "specials". Then I got to add toppings and choose cheeses. Did my choices now make it not be a Pacific Veggie pizza? 4th. Disclaimer, "some toppings cost extra". Which ones and how much.
