The food is usually really good which is why we keep coming back. But you can pretty much expect either bad customer service or something wrong with your food/missing. I usually just let it go because I understand a lot of businesses are struggling currently with finding staff and good staff at that. Unfortunately I can’t let go what happened on New Year’s Eve. We ordered a specialty pizza asking to please only put red onion on half and a half order of bread with pizza sauce. The guy on the phone told me 30 mins. I got there with a couple minutes to spare and then stood in the lobby for an additional 20 minutes waiting to be helped. There was several people in the lobby with most of them not been helped yet. The staff was basically useless. There was no one staying up front asking people as they came in how they could help so an awkward half circle around the lobby formed. The girls that would randomly loop around the front started to become rude as customers filled the lobby - you could see the frustration on their faces. I was finally able to get my order 5 minutes after paying. One of the girls gave me attitude when I had to ask for the pizza sauce that was supposed to be included with my breadsticks and I made sure to request when I ordered. Of course I didn’t check my food because the place was crowded and I was tired of being there. We get home and the whole pizza but one slice was covered with onions - I had asked for half no onions. So of course my son wouldn’t eat the pizza because it had onions. The pizza was cold and didn’t seemed fully cooked. The breadsticks where also not fully cooked and cold. So $30 down the drain and everyone was still hungry. I did try to call but couldn’t get though. Moral of the review is don’t expect to get the completely correct order but most times the food is good. To the management, please don’t respond to this review apologizing and using the holiday and being short staffed as an excuse. You knew and your stuff knew what day it was and that you’d most likely be busy and should have been better prepared. Absolutely...

I'll start off with they have the best breadsticks. The customer service I just encountered however after purchasing a cheese cake that had accidently been filled with garlic cheese dip was at best disturbing. It was almost closing time for the night when I went to eat my cheese cake and discovered the oops so I chose to call and let them know about the issue, I told them what I had purchased and about the issue, they said they would credit my account and I could get a replacement, but didn't seem to actually care that it had happened. So today I went up there to get my replacement and take them the mistakenly missmade one so they could see and was really disappointed. Not only did the manager have an attitude as if I somehow was the inconvenience and just walked off on myself and fiance while we were talking to them but even though I had called the night before, the rest of the garlic cheese cakes were still out for sale and noone seemed to care, or show any sense of concern for the problem, or intent to remove them before another customer got the rudely disgusting surprise I had just experienced, cuz let me tell you, when you take a big spoonful of what you think is going to be cheese cake and it's garlic...

This place has forced me to leave a bad review. 3 problems within 6 months. First time, there was a graduation party to which we went to pick up a very large order, when we got there, no one knew anything about it. We had to sit and wait 40 minutes for them to "hurry up" and throw it together. The second time we ordered ribs and pasta and the ribs were horrendous! Dry no flavor and VERY tuff. The pasta was plain and flat looked like it came out of a TV dinner. The 3rd time we placed another medium size order and after getting home there was no greek salad! We were charged for a medium size salad that they never put together for the order which sort of ruined the dinner. By the 3rd time, I just laughed because it was so typical at this point. Bunch of high school kids who get paid trash money and the company has a high turn-around rate (I know because I worked for them back in the day.) Sad because it shows greed on another level. They are always crazy busy and make LOTS of money but NEVER pay out to employees and it goes to show.... Third times the charm I guess! lesson learned...
