Arby's — Restaurant in Huber Heights

I have no idea what this world is becoming, there use to be a time when people had RESPECT for eachother. As myself and my guest were having a bite to eat, as we entered there were no one but one person and myself and my guest which made a total of 3. About around the time of receiving our food people started coming in and while we started eating the others stated gathering and we noticed that they started filling up the place which most of them didnt order NOTHING TO EAT! They started invading our space where we were trying to eat by placing "Hot Wheel Cars " all over the place even where we were seated!!! I asked the one Gentleman what was going on and he said, "We usually meet here discussing Hot Wheels " so my response to him was " WE ARE ALSO PAYING CUSTOMERS AND THAT WE WERE SITTING HERE TRYING TO EAT AND COULD HE NOT PLACE THINGS WERE WE WERE EATING!!!!!!! I went up to the counter to report that we were eating and that our space was being invaded!!! No one from the Arby's Management team came over to us to correct this situation!! No reason for this to have happened so we ended our meal and left and will never go back !!! Very...

Unpleasant experience.The short, heavy-set lady with dark short hair needs an attitude adjustment. I dined in and asked 2 questions about some menu items before ordering. Not sure why it seemed to be such an inconvenience. I was literally the only customer. Nobody in the drive thru. Anyways, after ordering and taking a seat, 2 minutes later and my food was ready.... obviously it wasn't fresh. It wasn't even warm. So i brought it back up to the counter and asked for fresh food. The dark haired lady wants to act like im lying or something and thinks i couldn't see her rolling her eyes at her manager. I just shrugged my shoulders at the manager. It's not like i was in a rage about it demanding fresh food and a refund. Jeeze lady. If you hate your job that much, find a different one. I'm sure mcd's across the street...

Well, as it seems, I have another FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE to add to my "Arby's World Tour". The manager, Brandy, was extremely accommodating and did a phenominal job supervising not only the inside dining room but the drive thru as well. Upon looking at the menu to explore new options, she had me "sold" on the Mediterranean Wrap. I usually do not waiver from my past personal favorites, but this time I felt "Adventurous".
