Deserts are always good and that is the reason we come here. Would like to make a suggestion about trying to get more money for the ower and in turn get us customers through the line a little quicker. Would it be possible to take a play out if Chick-fil-A's book and have someone taking orders prior to the intercom? This might give the workers time to have order prepared and speed up the process. Tonight there were 16 cars in front of me up to the speaker. It took 42 minutes to place an order. None of the three cars in front of me had their order waiting for them when they got to the window. I spent 5 minutes at the window myself. I understand we are in an unprecedented situation. I do not want people standing in adverse conditions nor do I want them in harm's way. I also know that as I get to the speaker there are 18 cars behind me and its 8:38 with a 9:00...

Customer service skills with some employees is lacking. Menu items were more sparse than expected. I ordered a smoothie and the gentleman that was making it was pouring it into my cup and during the transition from to pitcher to my cup the smoothie mixture overflowed into his hand. He then proceeded to drag his hand up the side of the cup like a squeegee and dump the mixture into my cup so none was 'wasted'. When I requested that a new one to be made, since a good portion of the smoothie was directly on his hand prior to making it into the cup, the gentleman that helped him resolve the mess decided to argue with me and tell me that the smoothie mixture never touched the other gentlemans hand. Me and my husband stopped in for a large cup of vanilla ice-cream for me and a peanut butter sundae with extra peanut butter for my husband. They gave me what looked like the smallest cup they had and didnt even full the cup half way. When I took it back in and asked for the large cup of ice-cream I paid for lady at the counter said that was a large. So I pointed at the cup another customer was holding asking what size she had she informed me she ordered and medium.
