I had a very disappointing experience this morning at the . Though the young lady Linette who was apart of the staff seemed very helpful. She needed clarity on a form that I had for submission. She I guess went to ask or help from her supervisor named "Kia" who was very RUDE! In customer service you should never talk nasty, condescending, or sarcastically to persons seeking assistance in your place of business and that are choosing to do business at your location. My money and time will never be wasted here again, first impressions are lasting. As a manager what are you showing your staff? If you are rude they too will think that they can talk to customers in the same tone. The 1 star is for the young lady who helped me, who seemed to try and overcompensate being nice after she too witnessed the bitchy attitude her superior portrayed.
