Deserves No Stars! I Placed an order Sunday, the pizza was dry lacking sauce/cheese, & extremely greasy. Upon picking up order cheese bread was burnt. I called the store and spoke with a manager who stated his name was Jessi and he'd put a credit on my account. I placed another order the next day hoping for better results instead again the pizza appeared dry with minimum toppings scattered and the cheese bread was burnt. The staff starts remaking the order as he's making the bread with no gloves he picks up a receipt off the floor then proceeds to finish the bread. I was disgusted! I brought it to his attention but he didn't seem to know why his actions were disgusting. I asked if he'd wash his hands and remake the food. The manager comes out after several minutes and states it's no credit on my account and his name is Jessi but he wasn't there yesterday he was sitting at the hospital with his mom hoping she didn't die. I stated "well I'm sorry to hear that but I called yesterday & that's the name he gave me, you don't wear name tags so how would I know the name?" He asked several times "did he sound like me?" I replied I don't remember what he sounded like. He stated he would need to flag my account high risk because the credit wasn't listed. He proceeded to call his GM whose name he said was Justin. Justin acknowledged and said it sounded familiar but he didn't enter the credit into the system, go ahead and replace the order. Jessi proceeds to say I still need to flag your account, I asked why when it's apparent it's your stores error but it doesn't matter because I won't be ordering again! I told him I was going to file a complaint and he stated "for what getting free food?" Several times. I stated "No because of the BS I've had to go through in order to get the replacement tonight!" I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs, I'd rather buy...
Read moreFirst, allow me to share not what they did do, but what they didn't. Ordered from there two days ago, and the first time they delivered my order, it was the wrong one. The second time, though, while the food was correct, it had made me ill, and the driver that delivered to me a second time was rude.
I called and spoke with the manager in the morning, he apologized profusely, explained his situation, explained how short staffed he was, but he gave us a partial credit for our order, but that also he would speak to the driver, and hoped we would consider eating with them again.
This is two days later, had a busy day, remembered the partial credit, and took a second chance on this place.
Not only was the service out of this world, but the manager delivered it to our door personally to apologize once again, and explain he had hired a new driver and thanked us for giving his store another chance.
What didn't he do? He didn't make excuses. He listened to the customer, heard they had a problem, heard their complaint, and did his best to rectify the issue despite being handcuffed by company policy and made it his mission to make sure the time after his customer had a poor experience, that things went smoothly the next time they ordered.
Above and beyond customer service, and this time, the food was delicious, and cannot say enough good things about this place. Give it a try, and if it's been a while, or you had a previously bad experience, try it again. I urge you. Great food, great management, good people. You will NOT be...
Read moreSo we had a coupon to try this place for the first time. Living in Brookville it was convenient to hit on the way back from Springfield. I walk in after placing my order and the lady at the counter, Kesha, tells me my order wasn't placed. Money had already been taken from my account. My gf had to hold and speak to a manager to use her card over the phone because Justin didnt know what he was doing. Turns out the manager is also the delivery driver so she couldn't help during this moment. So after being told my order wasnt placed and being told there wasnt a justin working there a box is placed on the rack just hanging out getting cold. I looked at Kesha and said I bet you $20 that's my pizza right there getting cold. She said is your name Thomas. No my gf Cpurtney placed the order but I bet the phone number matches what I have in my phone. Long story short they did nothing to help resolve the situation. Eventually she re made the pizza but after standing there 20 min it wasnt even worth it. Poor customer service and poor attitudes all the way around. I wont be back any time soon.
