so due to me having a recent stroke, I’m unable to go into the store to order my food. I ordered it on DoorDash and I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich with extra buffalo sauce. Some kind of way I end up getting the bacon ranch club. I don’t eat pork and I called the store for replacement or refund. The guy told me that he looked at the camera and They did nothing wrong, so therefore he couldn’t replace or refund my purchase because of my religion and I’m not allowed to have my I threw away the bacon. Here’s a picture of this poor customer service poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend my dog eat from this place now you can see from the picture that there’s no buffalo sauce on the sandwich, but he wanted to argue with me up and down that they did nothing wrong and there was buffalo on the sandwich. I’ve never been so upset with a restaurant and I visit this subway very frequently, so for him to say that they did nothing wrong and that I must be mistaken and I have the sandwich in hand. It’s crazy to me again I want the customer service is horrible and yes, the manager called me and told me he watched the camera and there was nothing that they did wrong so they lost the valuable Loyal customer for life I’m just done. I’m over it. My other sandwich was the outlaw cheesesteak. Had jalapeños on it and I’m highly allergic to jalapeños so I instantly threw that in the trash and he still wouldn’t replace it. Read moreTERRIBLE customer service! I've been a Subway customer for YEARS! Got a good deal on a turkey sub in my email, so placed the order. When I double checked the $3 off was not honored on the purchase. When I picked it up, I showed the email to the cashier. Granted, none of them speak English well. She had to ask for help as she said there was nothing she could do. She looked at my phone, checked out the email, so did the other girl behind the counter. They then said it was my fault and they would not help since I placed the order and paid for it. I said okay, but since I was not able to get the deal that was promised, can I get a cookie? She called her manager as I guess no one in the store can authorize a cookie? Wow. She didn't ask them about a cookie, tho, as I was standing at register listening to the call. When she got off the phone, she said yeah it's like I said, we cannot do anything, you already paid for the order online without the discount. I said what about the cookie? She said yeah I asked for that too and they said that there was nothing we could do for you. Wow 😲 never heard such nonsense. I never complain like this I am super easy going but she lied straight to my face-she never even asked the manager if she could give me a cookie. Won't be back here again. Tried to scan my points card but the cashier bypassed that option so another worker had to come over and fix it. Then the worker proceeded to tell everyone else in there that their coupon machine was not working. The worker also proceeded to tell me that they had to turn a previous customer away due to their coupon machine being down. I didn't understand why they simply didn't put up a sign on the door letting customers know about the coupons instead of letting someone get food made and then refuse them?!?...
