WORST WENDYS EVER. THE MANAGER IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND SEVERAL TIMES I HAVE COME HERE AND IT IS BEFORE MIDNIGHT WHEN THEY "SUPPOSEDLY" CLOSE AND NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGES YOU ON THE INTERCOM IN THE DRIVE THRU AND THEN IS RUDE AS CAN BE WHEN YOU DRIVE TO THE WINDOW ASKING FOR YOUR MOBILE ORDER THAT THEY CLAIM THEY CANT MAKE BC THEY ARE CLOSED. I LIVE LITERALLY 30 SECONDS AWAY AND THEY WANNA ACT LIKE I PULLED IN AT 12:01. UH TRY AGAIN. I HAVE IT CHECKED IN WELL BF 12. WORST WENDYS IVE EVER BEEN TO. THE INSIDE IS ALWAYS DIRTY AND THEY BE TOUCHING YOUR FOOD WITH THEIR BARE HANDS AND CUSSING LIKE THAT IS PROFESSIONAL IN FRONT OF MY 4YR OLD. THEY ARE ALL STANDING AROUND DOING NOTHING WHILE THERES A LONG LINE OF PPL WAITING FOR FOOD THEY PAID FOR. I GOT SOMEONE ELSES ORDER ONE TIME FROM HERE AND THE "SUPPOSED" MANAGER TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS ONLY ONE SANDWICH INCORRECTLY ON MY ORDER THAT I GOT. THE DRINKS WERE ALL WRONG AND NOT ONE SANDWICH WAS MADE THE WAY WE ORDERED IT AND SHE REFUSED TO REPLACE THE FRIES BC THE KIDS HAD EATEN SOME. WE HAD TO WAIT 10MINS IN LINE TO GET IT FIXED AND THEN SHE GAVE US OUR FRIES AFTER HAVING TO PAY FOR FRIES AGAIN AND THEN WE SAT ANITHER 7 MINS WITH OUR FRIES AND WAITED FOR OUR OTHER FOOD NOT TO MENTION ALL OF OUR FROSTIES MELTED IN THE 30MINS IT TOOK TO FIX THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM BUT THOSE WERENT WRONG SO SHE REFUSED TO REPLACE THEM. THIS PLACE IS A HEALTH HAZARD AND THEY ARE RUDE AND HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. ITS SO CRAZY TO ME THAT A MANAGER WANTS TO ARGUE WITH ME WHEN THEY SCREWED UP AND I ONLY WANTED WHAT I PAID FOR. NOTHING EXTRA NOTHING FOR FREE. THIS IS THE LAST PLACE I WOULD EVER COME TO AND WILL TELL EVY1 I KNOW TO STAY AWAY. THIS PLACE IS USELESS AND SHOULD BE UNDER NEW MGMT OR CLOSED DOWN. LET THE 2 GIRLS KEEP WORKING HERE THAT I DEALT WITH AND IT WILL BE CLOSED! IF YOU DONT WANNA DO YOUR JOB GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! DONT RUIN OTHERS PEOPLES DAY BC YOU CANT HANDLE DOING YOUR JOB. Read moreThe wait time was ridiculous for no reason as they had several workers in there. I wanted a grilled chicken wrap and they said they didn’t have it. So I ordered a Dave’s single combo. The coke was flat. I didn’t even get a full medium fry. For the time I waited the fries should have been warm. It wasn’t cold out so they shouldn’t have gone cold that quick. The bread to the sandwich was not fresh. The sandwich was not even hot, it was lukewarm. One of the managers is a thief. He made the person at the window swipe my card twice saying that my card didn’t go through the first time when in fact it did. I got charged for my meal and someone else’s. When I called, I was transferred to the manager who turned out to be the guy who made her swipe my card again. I’m not sure if it was because the person at the window was black and I was black or what but anyway, I have two charges on my card that are from this store and that were charged two minutes apart. He continued to over talk me and not listen to what I was saying. He knew what charge needed to come off my card but said it was nothing he could do and that I would have to wait until the GM was in to get this fixed. He said there were two different cards charged for the order that wasn’t mine. I read him the last four digits of my card and he still wouldn’t remove it. I insisted on returning even though it was out my way because I don’t live out there and he said no because he can’t remove it. THEY STOLE MY MONEY. It’s the principle and I don’t live out there, I had an appointment out that way and had to be on the other side of town by a particular time. It’s a major inconvenience for a full time self employed person. He said to wait for Jessica the GM to fix this on Monday or Tuesday. If it’s not then I need to come back in. Like what in the world???? Bad customer service, bad customer care. It was definitely infuriating and I recommend you eat elsewhere. Read moreGot home only to find out that they messed up my sandwich bc I wanted extra sauce that I even paid an extra dollar for so I went back to get it replaced, mind u I live on the other side of town and only came to this Wendy's bc I was also going to canes. I get there and I order some new additional items and then told them about the sandwich. They told me that they would give me some sauce to put on the myself bc there's nothing wrong with the sandwich, except for the fact that it's now cold af bc it's been half an hour 😆. Then they proceeded to tell me that they had to talk to their GM first and that they needed my name so it doesn't happen again??? Like I come up there and get free food all the time or something. Are u serious? Then they told me to pull up and they would bring it out to me. They brought it out but only the messed up sandwich and not the rest of what else I just ordered and paid for. We tried to order a baked potato nope they don't have any, so we asked for chili, again nope they didn't have any. This Wendy's is absolutely horrible and has horrible customer service. Also, about 2 months ago my sister went through the drive thru and something fell from their roof and smashed her windshield. They told her they didn't see anything and don't know what could have done it and therefore there was nothing they can do.
