Just got back home from this dunkins and I am completely taken back from the way me and my friends where treating from the drive thru. The lady seemed to be very short with patience and if thatâs the case should find a new job that doesnât involve I donât know talking to people to communicate their orders. I was completely planned on ordering food but she was so rude that I didnât even want to order food after she was rushing us to get our orders in. (Keep in mind when we pulled into the dunkins we were the only people in the drive thru line and somebody pulled behind us halfway through our order) When I got to the window I seen who it was taking the orders and she seemed to be a manager, she wasnât wearing the usual purple shirt she had on an almost collared shirt. And from what I have experienced at dunks people in that attire are usually the management. Should definitely re think who they have representing the high positions in the company if they are going to have somebody as rude to customers as she was. I get everybody has bad days, working in the food service I know first hand how aggravating it can be but it shouldnât be taken out on the paying customers. When I got to the window and seen she was a manager I was in disbelief. I donât think I would of been as upset if they weâre busy but like I said we were the only vehicle in the drive thru.    Read moreEvery time I come to this Dunks the drive thru is out of control and you can't even get a parking spot to go in and order due to the ridiculous line coming in at 2 entrances, but it goes fairly quickly and I think I know why...some of the worker's just do not care about quality customer service. So, my son doesn't like eggs they make him nauseous and he doesn't like and will not eat anything that is burnt. He always gets the same thing every time, 2 bacon and cheese with no egg on English muffins, toasted very, very, very, very lightly (and when they repeat back "lightly toasted" I again say "very (4Ă) lightly"). These pictures you see in my review happen almost every time we go to this location. I'm a tipper also so when I receive my order like this numerous times it makes me not want to tip anymore when they can't even get a simple request correct. And that is a total disservice to the few worker's who actually care about their customers and have a great work ethic because they're losing out on tips they deserve. I went in once to complain and they blamed it on the oven. If the person making your food knows it's barely toasted and they have the audacity to wrap it up burnt and give it to their customers instead of remaking it so that you have happy customers and repeat customers. I will no longer be taking my business to this establishment and I get Dunks on a daily basis sometimes more than once. Has anyone else received service like this here??? I'd love to...
   Read moreWalked in at 8:30pm on a Tuesday night. I stood at the counter for nearly 5 minutes before anyone approached the counter. They had 2 employees in total on and both were tending to the drive thru orders.... I walked over to the other end of the counter and nicely said âDo I need to go through drive thru to get service?â. A young lady named Jenessa finally walked over to the front counter and visibility annoyed that she had to take my order. I ordered a large coffee and proceeded to give her a gift card and told her that there is only partial on the card. She then walked over to the drive thru register, came back and handed me the used card and gave me my remaining balance due. I asked her to dispose of the gift card and she said it was against company policy to dispose of gift cards after use. Hmmm nobodyâs ever said this to me and Iâve had this done literally over a hundred times through the years. I have the Dunkinâ app and told her itâs also against company policy for an employee to handle a customers cell phone so she wouldnât be able to walk my phone to the drive thru register. She said I can do it if you allow me to or you can go thru drive thru. Obviously sheâs conveniently contradicting company policies and doing so with an attitude from the moment I had to wait to be served.
