This is the 2nd time I have ordered from Wendy's. The first time I went thru the drive thru and there were issues that day also. It took us 25-30 mins to get our order taken. When we got up to the menu screen to order we were told to please hold. After most of the cars had gone thru in front of us, we called for a crew member, no one answered, then we honked our horn to get someone's attention, didn't work, then we tried to get someone's attention again and finally after 25-30 mins of doing this someone finally answered and took our order. When we got up to the window the order had problems. We had ordered a medium frosty and a small frosty. They gave us 2 small frosty. When we questioned about the size, we were told they were medium. It took them about 15 minutes to get the correct food in the bag. This was on Saturday, March 29. I do understand they just opened on March 26 and everyone is still learning and getting the hang of working fast food when it is busy. I let the first time slide. I decided to try the mobile ordering this time, which is the 2nd time. I ordered my food on the app. Everything went thru payment and order. I went inside and waited. There were a lot of people inside. I listened to all the names being called out for orders. When i started noticing that the people that were there before me and right after me had gotten their food and left I went up to the counter the employee asked my name, she looked on the screen and my order was no where to be found. The garlic nuggets were on the counter cold. The employees at the front did what they could to find out why my order was not there. They knew I had been in the restaurant for about 30 mins. Or longer. They were very apologitic. They even suggested that something be done, a discount or something. The employee at the register was going to re-enter the entire order I made so something could be done. As she was entering the order, the manager on duty or shift manager came over and tried to find my order on the computer, she found it. She asked if she could see my phone in order to remake the order. I didn't mind, I knew it would be easier to get the order done that way. She personally got my order together. The food wasn't that fresh, which should have been since I was having to wait so long. (My opinion based on my past employment as a shift manager in a fast food restaurant). The food was also not placed at least some what neat in the bag. It was kind of tossed in the bag. I had a medium frosty and 2 junior frosty in place of the drinks. I received the medium frosty and I asked the manager about the drinks for the kids meals and she gave me 2 cups to get regular sodas and walked away. I was already extremely aggravated so I wasn't even going to worry about the kids meal drinks that were supposed to be the junior frostys. The manger did not take a minute to apologize and she also did not do any type of discount or coupon or anything for my next visit, nothing. The way she acted was like she just wanted me to hurry up and get out of there. The employees at the register and working on getting all the food in the bags, and any other employee that had seen I was there for a while apologized and actually acted like they were sorry for what I had to deal with on my order. I had no problem with those employees. It was how the manager that got my food in the bags acted. And also, the manager never asked me if I needed a drink tray. Cold fries. The "Baconator" had barely any bacon on it. Literally one strip of microwave bacon, cut in half.
I never met the person, nor have I ever been to this location, but....BAD attitude at the counter from JaCoriana, who actually smelled like freshly smoked weed/marijuana/pot/wacky tobacco. It wasn't the other people in line - I sniffed.
Then she almost didn't give me a cup for my drink, on a combo.... Combos come with drinks.
Maybe Wendys as a company can afford this kind of thing. If it weren't a large corporation, that building would be vacant in a few months.
Look at the other reviews, less than 2.5 stars now. Where there's smoke, there's fire, or in this case, weed. This is a problem with hiring practices, and a corporate culture that gave up on...

The staff was kind and patient and although I didn't get names outside of Brett I want to give a huge shout out to the manager on duty. In a situation where most people would've taken offense she not only composed herself but instead flipped the whole situation into laughs. Our whole experienced just flowed and in a world where just going to get food is a simple every day thing I just want all of you to know that I see you and I love you all and most importantly i appreciate you.
