Emailed company prior to ordering treats for a baby shower. Was given other options to order in a follow up email. When ordering other treats, I was under the impression the person I was emailing was making them. That was not the case. So my order was made by someone who had no idea the treats were for a baby shower and put a # 1 on half of the Oreos and half of the Rice Krispies. I attempted to contact right away to see if there was a way to remove the 1 without it looking bad. It took a week to get a response back, past the baby shower. I was told in the email I would be receiving a 20% refund. That never happened. This was almost 2 weeks ago now. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere when needing cute treats made for a party. I ordered from a couple different people for this shower, this company is the only one I will never use again. And I made sure to let everyone at party know who the company was as well. A simple email back prior to the baby shower acknowledging what had happened and maybe some helpful advice on removing the 1, I wouldn’t be writing this review right now. But this company, specifically Farozan, doesn’t think they need to right a wrong. I spent a lot of money on these treats, and completely regret ordering. So, do yourself a favor and keep looking. There are plenty of small businesses out there that will handle your order personally and make sure you are completely happy...

Worst decoration and fondant work on cake ever !!! I am not sure how she has won awards for such work. I have not seen anyone doing such sloppy decoration. I ordered my son first birthday eggless cake from her. In her portfolio she has sent me such good designs what she has made. So I trusted her with my sons cake for a party of 60 people. But when the cake arrived on that day I was so disappointed . All the decoration was falling off. The shape of the cake was also not in symmetry. It was two tier cake and both the pieces were like it was given shape with hands like a child would do with play dough. I trusted her with such a big party and she also arrived late. And gave me no choice in the end moment. NEVER ever trust her ... would never recommend her. Attaching a pic of the cake !!! See it...

This is the second time I’ve ordered from them. Both times, I was very satisfied. This order was for Valentine’s Day. Orders are easily placed by FB messenger or email. Responses are quick. Payment process is efficient. The delivery person arrived at the designated meeting place exactly on time. I ordered 6 South Asian flavor cupcakes and they were delicious with authentic flavoring. Also ordered chocolate cardamon, Black Forest, red velvet and salted caramel. All were rich, moist and thoroughly enjoyed. I also ordered the hot chocolate bombs; we haven’t tried those yet but the aesthetics...
