I really don't like giving low star reviews unless it is fairly earned. I was a regular at this location until recently. Came in at night and I knew exactly what I wanted. Just an old fashioned ice cream Sundae, easy! With plain old Vanilla ice cream.
I would like to say the low star rating is mainly for the service and lack of communication to myself, the customer and lack of product purchased vs what was received BR was my very 1st job in the 90s, so I know & understand the B&R ice cream experience!
I placed my order w a young lady w long brown hair. She tells me we don't have any Vanilla ice cream. I respond, oh OK I'll do chocolate chip Sundae. She makes my order and I ask for a few extra cherries and I pay. I don't normally check my Ice cream, but I did, to see if the cherries where there, when I looked I noticed a speck, hardly any hot fudge. I go back and ask, if I can get more hot fudge, she responds, "we are out , we don't have anymore". I was bummed and thought , she could've told me they were out and I could've ordered something else the whole point of a Sundae is the toppings. Why would you charge me a Sundae with hardly any Hot Fudge?
I GET HOME AND BEGAN TO EAT/Enjoy MY ICE CREAM/NOT SUNDAE and can u guess it, she barely gave me any I've cream, I'm Pretty sure she used the Jr scoop with plenty of air, which turned out to be half a Jr. Scoop/kids scoop. Worst ice cream experience and she made a horrible ice cream lady : ( ... I won't be back as a customer. I go to the one on Magnolia now.

I wonder, how is it possible this girl has a job here and does not know the Flavor of the Month? It gets worse. The girl kept touching her mask, and her hair was in two long ponytails worn in the front. When she leaned over into the ice cream freezer, her hair was dangling down. At one point, she was scooping the chocolate peanut butter ice cream that was sitting on the back counter, since they were out of the one in the freezer. As she scooped, her hair went right inside the ice cream container. It was literally laying on top of the ice cream. She wasn't wearing gloves either, but some of the other workers were. She went from scooping, to the register, to scooping again without washing her hands. All along she was touching her mask and her hair continually.
