Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

Pizza is always good and consistent. They seriously need to fix their production problems though. I've had pizza come out 2 hours late! That's entirely pathetic. Whoever owns this franchise should lose it and be given to anyone else. Honestly they couldn't do much worse. The LC company needs to put in two more stores for good distribution. One near Beach and Garfield and another downtown by the HB pier. That will give them a very solid lock on pizza across the entire HB region from the LA County line south to Costa Mesa. It will also give them first in on all the beach visitors, 1.2 million cars a year. Do the math, in the prime Beach months that works out to be 12 pizzas a minute...or roughly 6.2 million dollars in profit after costs out of that store alone. The little ceasars on brookhurst and yorktown by far has the worst customer service and quality pizza ive even been to. I LOVE LCP but the catch is you always have to call in 10 minutes early to ask them to make it fresh and anywhere else its not a problem. But on brookhurst and yorktown they always seem to be grumpy and have a "kill me now; idgaf" zombie look and feel and their "made fresh" pizzas come out undercooked everytime. One time i made an order and they messed up my order twice on the same order...and got stuck there for a good 30 minutes and when i ask for maybe a comp or something they gave me a run around and i ended up not getting anything but a semi raw pizza, some more attitude and a lot of wasted time. Just keeps going downhill! I order here once a week! You guys continue to mess up my order almost every single week. Crazy crust how hard is it!? You drizzle butter you put the powder on. It’s done within a second. I drive 10 minutes back home. Have to turn around and come back for you guys to put it on. You employees always say “that’s an extra fee” well it’s not because I already paid for it and you didn’t do it! This location has new employees constantly and they still can’t make it right. Once “Two Brothers” opens I will be taking my business there and hopefully you guys shut down because at this point...
