Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

Normally really enjoy ordering from Dominos but had a really unpleasant experience with the delivery driver. My wife ordered a pizza and bread sticks. When the driver dropped off the order he handed a box of cinnamon sticks to her. When she let him know the order was wrong he turned around and said to call the store. After calling the store they said they would deliver the correct order as soon as possible. When the driver arrived the second time he asked for the box of cinnamon sticks. My wife let him know that she threw them away but the driver wouldn't hand my wife the correct order until she gave him the box of cinnamon sticks. My wife had to literally go to our trash can and get him the box of cinnamon sticks to get our food. I even told the guy he could charge of us for the cinnamon sticks if he just gave us our food but he wouldn't budge. Not happy with...

Ordered a pizza first using one of the coupons that come in the mail 5 ingredients for $10.99. When I got to the store, I was told that coupon wasn't valid but it was from Domino's. Then, I said OK. So, at the store one of the girls working there gave me a menu which had a coupon for the same # of ingredients but was at $11.99. Another time I placed an order using this same coupon only this time the manager of this store gave me a hard time because he said the coupon wasn't valid, etc. Then I pointed that this was the coupon on all his in-store menus. Once he glanced at that, he ended up honoring the coupon after all. I never understood why he was giving me a hard time. I will NEVER go back to this store. First, their online ordering system doesn't honor any of the coupons. Then, at the store level they give a hard time for using one of their coupons. ...

I really like the Domino's Pizza on Bolsa Chica St. and Heil in HB. I've picked up carryout orders. The store is immaculate!! The staff not only makes great tasting good looking pizza, but they are friendly and have a positive attitude and smile even when they're busy. Pizza tracker is accurate orders are super fast. Perfect!! The only time I had an item I didn't like (parmesan wings), they were quick to give me a credit. Good local coupon offers and surprise free pizza codes when you order on a regular basis on top of the piece of the pie code.s and always available coupons.
