Valentino’s Pizza HB — Restaurant in Huntington Beach

1 star because I couldn’t go any lower. I ordered 2 medium pizzas, a turkey sub (12 inch) and an 10 piece hot wings. I asked for the total and he told me $70 including taxes, was thinking “wow, last time I’m ordering from this place again” I arrive at the pizza place and he rings up my order to $79. I told him he told me $70 over the phone. And he was claiming that it’s because of the taxes included in the order, when he told me differently over the phone. Bottom line way too expensive. Not to mention the “Hot wings” that are said on the website are not “Hot wings” at all they don’t even put sauce on the wings. Just plain chicken wings, with a sprinkle of dry rub. Order from two...

Support local business at Valentino’s. Dustin makes you feel like family coming in here. I haven’t had the salads, wings, or extras like garlic cheesy bites or mini churro bites, but the fresh made hot pizza is on point.

I’ve tried the slices and if they’ve sat longer than 30 mins to an hr, I personally would opt to get their fresh made pizza. Valentino’s over Dominos, Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, or RoundTable all day.

I've been going here for a while. Getting a slice or two. Bill always seemed a bit high. Tonight I decided to pay attention. He charges 75 cents for Apple Pay. The times I've been getting a slice for six bucks he's been charging me over 10% for using Apple Pay. Of course he never told me, just did it. I'll just go to 7/11 and get a slice for ~$1.50.
