Guajillo Restaurant — Restaurant in Huntington Park

This food is good I just have a few complaints. Our food had arrived and we ordered one plate without onion, we told the waitress and she returned it back. Once we got the food back she gave us an attitude about it, we were asking for coffee and she would ignore us. The other waitresses were in it to expect the guy he actually listened to us. Another complaint is that in my pozole I found a hair in it that I had immediately lost my appetite. I was trying to talk to the waitress but all she did was ignore me. I get that you are mad about it but don’t take it out on your customers because you didn’t listen to the orders correctly, please wear hair nets to prevent any hairs from getting into the food. Such a bad experience that I will never return to that place ever again. And if others want to go then go but this is just a slight warning if you ever return your food, or if you ever want to go...

So let's start with the good side, the place is a decent size and is family friendly. However, there's lots of room for improvement. The place was not the cleanest, the service sucked (there was only one server and just two customers and she was inattentive I had to ask for more coffee a couple of times instead she was playing with a little girl). I got the hurache de asada and I'm bummed out that they barely put any meat on it. The size of the hurache is almost the size of the plate which is a decent size. The hurache is also crunchy and very tasty which I really enjoyed. But the rating is based more on cleanliness and customer service. You want stress with your food? Food is good but they took like 20 mins for 2 tacos. There was no line and no other pending order as far as I can tell. Also when I asked for limones they said theyre in the bag....They gave me one little slice of lemon for my 2 tacos The second time I went I had a coupon from dining advantage that I got thru TMOBILE TUESDAYS and they refused to honor it eventhough it was way before the expiration date. That seems like a dirty sneaky tactic to get customers through the door. Would not recommend this place unless you enjoy having to complain and stressing over your meal.....penny pinching and sneaky tactics will cost...
