Ariya Thai Kitchen — Restaurant in Huntington Park

Terrible experience. I brought my girlfriend under the assumption that we were going to have a good time according to the high ratings this restaurant has, but ended up being thoroughly disappointed. First of all, we were sat in the middle of the restaurant. Kind of a weird spot but we were okay with it. Another couple came in shortly after is and sat next to us in the middle as well. I noticed a family being done at a booth and asked our server if we could move once it was cleaned up. He came back and told us that the couple that came after its actually came before us. I held my tongue because it wasn't a huge deal. Second, they forgot my order so I sat there patiently picking away at our appetizer hoping I'd see my meal. Never did. I told my girlfriend it was okay and that I lost my appetite waiting so long. Honestly I just wanted to leave so I walked up to the counter and different server was there and asked me if everything was okay, I explained all that happened but told her it wasn't her fault AFTER she gave me an attitude about my explanation. I also mentioned right before paying that the never checked on us to see if we were doing okay nor did we ever get our water refilled....

I come often The owner is great always friendly with me and my kids My kids love this place Yes it gets busy and from time food takes a while ; obvious it’s cooked fresh But with obvious reasons this is not a Mac Donald’s to expect your food ready in 5 mins (I see a lot of complains regarding time) The staff are great always asking if anything else is needed both the gentleman and ladies. The food is amazing 100% always While parking is hard to find You got to understand its location being obvious I do 100 percent recommend this place and will continue to come and support this restaurant I also see a lot of negative comments regarding the ladies that work there and listen a lot of you have to understand these are professional workers there to work and serve not to make a 10 minute conversation or for male customers to try and hit on. Over all these ladies have been very nice and professional every time we come Due to that I usually tip over the 10 percent with out a complaint

As a dedicated server at Ariya Thai Kitchen for over five years, I can confidently state that your claims are unfounded and that you are attempting to deceive others. My boss is a well-respected figure in the community, and there have never been complaints about his service.

Your frustration stems from not getting your way, which led you to attempt to leave without paying, clutching a full plate in your hand. When my boss rightfully confronted you, you chose to hurl insults at him instead of taking responsibility. It’s perplexing that a lawyer would represent someone who displays such dishonesty.

Additionally, it is completely inappropriate for you to claim that my boss has died from a stroke—he is very much alive. We do not tolerate discrimination of any kind, including against the LGBTQ+ community, as evidenced by our inclusive workplace, which proudly employs transgender and...
