I just had a night out at Jockey Club, and it was like finding a diamond in a haystack—if the haystack also served amazing cocktails! This place has all the charm of a small-town bar, but with a touch of class that made me feel slightly fancy (and like I should have worn pants that weren’t from the clearance rack).

I ordered a "21st Century" and I’m pretty sure it came with a side of self-confidence. It was so good I almost started writing poetry. The bartender, who was clearly a mixologist wizard, could make a drink out of anything, including my hopes and dreams.

The atmosphere was cozy, and the locals were friendly, though one guy kept trying to convince me that his homegrown jalapeños would make the best cocktail garnish. I politely declined, but his enthusiasm was commendable!

Bingo night was in full swing, featuring the kind of performances that would make Simon Cowell weep—either from joy or sheer confusion. It felt like I was watching a talent show where everyone got a participation trophy.

If you’re in town and looking for a place where the drinks are classy, the vibe is laid-back, and you might end up with a new best friend (or a jalapeño enthusiast), Jockey Club is the place to be. Five stars for the drinks and the unforgettable...

Bartender ruined the experience. Sorry, lady, but your crass attitude, sense of entitlement, and admitted irritation with those of us that came in on a weeknight and not according to your plan of early departure seriously dented my taste for this place. Learn to smile, stop looking down your nose at the people who contribute to your lifestyle, and find joy in life. Cocktails were delicious. Ryan is good sh*t....

Man what a place to randomly walk into. shout out to Sam, Mia, and everyone who made a random traveler feel so welcome. Great drinks on top of that, excellent bartender. Bring a welcoming attitude or keep walking, because this place needs to be preserved as it is.
