Bo's Bestwings — Restaurant in Huntsville

Well well let’s get straight to the point I was greeted by a young gentleman who smiled and asked what I would like to order this was my first time here so I appreciated that customer service very clean establishment and the food SCORE 95 or 97(on this date) I was told the food would take 35 min I was a little hesitant but I was recommended to this place so I was willing to wait I assumed a wait this long everything is cooked to order and it wasn’t super busy, BUSY BUT NOT SUPER busy, so I went to my car sat and waited about 20 min came back didn’t see the gentleman I was greeted by a woman she didn’t smile, wasn’t a warm feeling didn’t say anything really but “how may I help you” I told her I already ordered she looked up the order and said oh that order will probably take 20-25 min…I’m a little irritated at this point I sit and wait 3 other people walk in(could be call in’s) they sit and they all get their order before me so we’re at about 45-50 min wait so now I’m even more irritated…finally I get my food!! so first customer service, the first gentleman was great they need to keep him at the front counter and let the lady stay in the back or the side but not in the front..as for the food the 10 piece mild wing with lemon pepper had AWESOME FLAVOR and proper seasoning I was disappointed because it wasn’t fresh(temperature) those wings should have been piping hot because I waited so long,5 piece whole wing was seasoned really well but over cooked both of them and the fries tasted like they were fried in old grease fries weren’t special at all. NOW as for the shrimp the shrimp was amazing seasoned really well not overcooked cooked perfectly and they were HOT(temperature) I should have got a 20 piece shrimp my wife also enjoyed them if it wasn’t for those beautiful shrimp this place would have got a 1 star…everything is seasoned very well they don’t need to change that at all it’s not to salty or bland it’s perfect…but what’s killing them is old grease and as we all know that can affect the flavor of anything that’s fried, also the lady needs to be in the back and not training the other young man that she was training his energy was off based on her energy…change the grease please and put smiling vibrant people up front it helps with...

I have two ratings for this restaurant. My husband absolutely Loved the wings!! Gave it the 4 stars, but I was not impressed, hence the 2 starsgʻ. I tried to like the fried green tomatoes and the catfish, but it was made with spicy batter that I was unable to eat😖. I wasn't made aware of how the spicey it was before ordering😠. This spice combination was also put on the fries. It's so frustrating trying to get food anywhere these days when one CAN'T eat spicey foods. To anyone else, it may not seem spicey, but when a person cannot eat anything hotter than plain black pepper, it's awful! Not everyone likes spicey, and more over, not everyone is ABLE TO EAT anything spicey, and restaurants don't have an option anymore. It would be really nice to be able to sit down and order food that has not been steeped in jalapeños, or other hot peppers. PLEASE, OFFER A CHOICE!! The only other thing was that the hush puppys were sweet. Hush puppys are NOT supposed to be sweet!...

The food is good. The management is awful, you address your concern and they act like really dont care. You can hardly ever place a pick up order because the line is hardly answered. I tried for the second time to get them business for a NASA meeting and tried over 50 times to get them to answer. The company ended up having to order from Carrabba's. The total bill was $5300.00 and the food was great. The sad part was I spoke to management and told her about this issue the first time. Once again this happened and the company missed out on a lunch for 200 people. The business has much potental but the leadership of the company needs to change its ways. This is how good food places shut down and lose out. I'm sure they are not concerned. Hopefully they will make change and realize that it's the CUSTOMERS that keep the business going and nothing else, bad service = people find somewhere else to eat unfortunately. This issue can be corrected but...
