Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Huntsville

There were several issues on Sat. 1/29/2022....They could not be reached by phone to place a pick-up order. When I arrived at the store, there was a note on the door that said: " Drive-Thru Only. I asked the person in the drive-thru if there was something wrong with their phone, to which he responded, "I don't think they are working right now." (How would he, the employees, or even the manager, not know the answer to this??) I advised him that I did try to place the order online, in advance, so that my order would be ready when I got there, and that I would not have to wait when I got there. I advised him that I was taking the food to Hazel Green. (Just FYI here: they don't have a Little Caesar's there,, or near there. The one on Sparkman Drive in Huntsville, where this happened at, is the location that I went to, and the closest to where I was heading to in Hazel Green.) I told him that it said online; ",online ordering coming soon." He told me that there should be a way to place the online order. I told him there wasn't. I also told him that there was a $3.00 coupon that could be used if the order was placed online, and that since I could not do it online, could they honor it. He asked his manager, and he said that his manager said no, because rhatvwas a corporate issue. I was like, WOW! All of this trouble, and they could not even honor the coupon. So, I went ahead and and just placed the order anyway He, as I was ordering for others. He said that he would bring our order out to us. I asked how long it would be. He said about 10 minutes. Well, 25, almost 30 minutes went by, and I saw others having to walk up to them drive-thru window to get their order, so I decided to get out near the drive-thru window myself to see what the deal was with our order. I asked the guy how much longer it would be. I said to him, that it has been almost 30 minutes He said; "oh; I did not see you." I said; "I have been sitting tight here the whole time," (And I pointed to my car; which you could totally see from the drive-thru window!) He then said, "My bad, it is ready though." This was a horrible experience the whole way around. My order consisted of one order of: cheesy breadsticks, one order of regular breadsticks, a classic pepperoni pizza, and an order of Buffalo wings; but extra crispy. The wings were not even extra crispy either! it was just a bad customer service experience all the way around!!! I wish that I could be compensate in some form or fashion for this awful experirnce; which consisted of more than one bad thing happening all in one visit! Oh, and one more thing, they were advertising on their drive-thru window th as t they were " Now Hiring" & the notice said: No background test, and no drug test. Like,...

I don't normally leave a review unless it's to praise a store, but this is a special case. This is, by far, the worst Little Caesar's I've ever been to. I've been there three separate times in the last year, trying to give them a fair chance, but every time I go, the result put me in a sour mood.

The first time: I placed an order online to pickup in the Pizza Portal, since I don't like going through drive-thru. Unfortunately, they were drive-thru only then, so I had to do so anyway. Got to the front of the line and was stuck there for 20 minutes with no one coming to explain the wait, much less even greet me. When someone finally came, I got my order, but it was already cold.

The second time: I ordered a stuffed deep dish pizza, as that's one of my go-to's these days with LC, and when I picked it up, it was an entirely different recipe than other stores and wasn't even stuffed crust. They just had extra cheese between the slices.

The third time: I went there the other day to get a Hot and Ready, and they had no pizza at all. Only wings. That sort of thing is unheard of at other LC's.

Bottom line, this place is horrible, and in my attempts to give them another chance, they don't seem to be interested in improving. If you want good Little Caesar's, go to the one on Wall Triana. Their service has been way better and they always have exactly what I want...

Called in our order for five pizzas yesterday afternoon and start off with was told they don't do thin crust sausage pizzas when in fact this isn't my first rodeo eating there and what pizza place wouldn't or doesnt do thin crust sausage smh it's no different than the thin crust u use for the thin crust pepperoni we got just meat is different which leads me believe they just didn't wanna have make them but isn't that the reason y'all r there and run a pizza place it's not like we ask for anything crazy or out way ... Next reason it was called in was so we could pick up on way home from work with no more stops and total was 32 some odd $$$ only form of payment was a fifty dollar bill . . Which this day n time isn't alot and actually would have paid for most of the bill but was told u don't take fifties.. seriously a store of that magnitude stays that busy doesn't take fifties?! So we had to go find a place to make change cuz we expressed was our only form of payment ! Was told ole well! U guys don't care period! Thankful the store next door was able to help and give us change ! Again not like it was a crazy thought or we asked for something u could not provide! Now u can't provide anything cuz we will not back! This is after calling to speak with someone on the matter today and after many tries was unable...
