Anything from the buffet will be cold and dry. Dry with a film or layer on top proving no one is even stirring the food periodically. 4of the ice cream containers had freezer burn and the only ice cream without it was brand new. If you order food it will come out fresh. The margaritas are actually good. The reason I will never be back is because of their hidden charges. There is a sign posted about gratuity of 15% being added regardless if you are a table of 1 or 15. It’s actually less than what I would tip on my own. However I do feel like a persons tip is determined by their service but no biggy. When it’s time to pay your tab they bring your receipt stating one price but charge your card another price. They have a sign saying they have cash prices and card prices for food. I asked them to show me on the menu where it says the card price for the food. THERE AREN’T ANY. They have a sign saying the food has cash prices and non cash prices, which is a complete lie, there is only one price for each food selection. My food on my receipt was the same as the menu. When the waiter brought back my receipt my card was charged a higher amount than what was presented to me, so why didn’t I get another receipt showing the “card food prices” They charge a fee to use your card, which isn’t posted anywhere. Oh yea, PLEASEEEEEEE GET SOME HELP FROM GOOGLE TO AUTO CORRECT ALL THOSE MISSPELLED WORDS OR USE THE HIDDEN FEE YOU’RE CHARGING PPL...

I've never in my life had terrible Mexican food until I came here. To start, our drinks were nasty. Couldn't even taste the apple in my appletini. My friend's liquid cocaine margarita tasted like watered down pineapple juice. It's like they were trying to make what ever they had stretch. We paid cocktail prices for watered down syrup with only the thought of alcohol in it. The birria tacos were soggy af with grease. the meat inside had NO flavor and was tough. The veggie quesadilla had huge pieces of frozen vegetables that they didn't even bother to at least cut in half. It might as well have been a veggie wrap. It was comically stuffed and barely grilled. We didn't even eat half of our food. We tried. After a few bites it was a no. It just wasn't good. The price on our tickets was absolutely outrageous for what we got lol. It is what it is. We just paid and left. You will get a better meal and drink at las trojas, I promise. The staff was very friendly so at least there's that but we will never be back and I simply would not recommend this...

Terrible. You kind of expect when you go to a Mexican restaurant that your server might not speak English, but they aren't able to communicate or understand much at all.

On top of that, my togo chimichanga (14.99) was only okay. ON TOP OF THAT they charge you for TOGO UTENSILS/BOXES on TOGO orders, they charge a gratuity on every check, and they charge you AGAIN for using a debit card. If you don't want to pay the fees associated with your business using credit/debit cards, then DO NOT offer it as an option. That is the cost of doing business.
