Everything is still being kept clean, even though they seem to stay flooded with people. The bathrooms also seem to be clean both times we've come, no kids changing tables though. They do have 2 high chairs and 3 boosters. Bathrooms and kids seats all up front by the main entrance.
The kids liked the corn dogs, fries, cheese quesadillas, and hush puppies. The shakes are of course a hit, but do come very thick. Pretty much need a spoon, which is readily available with forks on the tea table. Sweet tea in the giant brewing canisters, and unsweetened tea in gallon pitchers on the same table. They've also had buffalo sauce, Polynesian sauce, Texas Pete's, and ketchup there. There are more add-on options on the edge of the ordering bar as well. Water does appear to be free as well.
We've had three combos each time, and made out for less than $20 both times as well! They have a la carte options for many things, so you can easily make a kids combo with a burger and 2 corn dogs and tack on an extra corn dog. Upgrading to a milkshake for a drink is only a dollar more, and also works great for helping fill up kids.
The most recent visit, on top of the 2 cash registers, they had a third person taking card-only orders with the help of a tablet; which really helped speed up order taking. There was still only a couple minutes wait on all the food and shakes, which all came together! Some of the staff repeatedly came to check on us to see if we needed anything, and multiple people were busing and cleaning tables almost as soon as they opened up.

Read moreUpdate 8/23/23: Qent back for a quick drink and the same way ill blast folks i will also praised. Went inside and i promise you Carla was the nicest cashier i have met in awhile. She didnt seem approachable at first. But after talking to her she was very knowledgeable and helpful. All i know is she did a damn good job without any attitude whatsoever. I recommend going inside if it is good service and food you seek.
I don't know how to say this. In drive thru I don't understand why you talk fast at the order screen. You definitely don't move as fast as you talk Ashley cause if you did the drive thru wouldn't be backed up. Called corporate and the lady on the phone instructed me that you for whatever reason flat out lied by saying you couldn't add to an order at the window when paying. You lost a sale, a customer, and hopefully you will get some training. As for me and mine. We were instructed they never get complaints at their Decatur store (yes, I will drive all the way to Decatur for a cookout burger). To not have to deal with your nasty, vile, unappreciative staff, I will make the drive in 5 o'clock rush hour traffic. Your general manager was good people tho.
