Dodge's Southern Style — Restaurant in Huntsville

The GM stated that a worker put it in my head that I view someone as a threat. I got drug tested but I'm not sure if the new hire got tested. The GM told me to sign several write up because he was trying to help me get unemployment. The GM allowed the other worker to curse me out. The other worker got mad because he had to do his job. The GM abused his other employees by not helping and leaving all the time. The GM told the other worker it's ok to wear one glove while handling food. The other worker did not wash his hand after coming from outside. I had to tell the other worker several times to wash his hands. I also had to tell the other worker to put on gloves while preparing food. Not mad about the situation but these things should not go unnoticed. There is two hard working employees that deal with this all the time. It's hard to bite your tongue when you take so much in a job. All respect to these strong independent ladies. Some one will value their hard working potential. May God continue to bless these ladies.

Before you say that someone put it in my head that I fear the other employee as a threat; make sure they are fully trained before you speak. I let the other employee have it since he has so much words to say. Never will I feel like someone is a threat to my position. I'm just going to call it the three stooges store for now on because neither one of them has a since of direction. In my eyes and my vision he is going to drag this buisness down. Something has been off since new management just can’t put a finger on it employees not happy like they use to be years ago and I come in this store everyday for 6 years and I don’t ever recall seeing the health score in the 80s new manager need to be checked or store will continue to go downhill I’ve noticed the downfall since this new management something must be done I formed a bond with these nice employees for years then new management come and there gone I tell you this if ms Chiquita ever leave I am done with dodges Huntsville she really keep the store up and running i came in today she was working by herself store busy I could see it in her face I hope something could be done before store take dramatic turn for the worst

The service use to be great, the young African American gentlman who worked there was AWESOME, it was obvious he worked long hours, and still greated you with a great attitude and always a smile. He cooked everything to order and ensured you were happy. somehow got everyone taken care of in a decent amount of time working by himself. I went in recently, and the people are not as friendly, the food is pre-cooked and you take a chance with how long it has been under the lamps. Not sure what happened with the yound man, and hoping you will reconsider and bring him back. Based on my exprience with who claimed to be the Manager, sometimes management is the problem not the worker.
