Tried to call in an order ended up with an A.I. who was glitchy and couldn't hear then I was transferred to apparently the main office and it was a foreign person. With a very thick accent could not understand a word I said. But he understood me enough to ask me for my credit card information without any issues. Lol imagine that....Mind you Domino's is only two blocks away from me. So I go in to Domino's order a ham and pineapple pizza and wings. The pizza was not terrible but it could have been better. The wings look like they ran out and had to go to some second hand butcher shop and get a bag of wings to substitute for the normal ones they were extremely small. This whole order costs $30 and if I had seen it prior to this there's no way I would have given them 15 for it. My girlfriend and I both said this was the worst Domino's we've ever had to use. I saw a post earlier where someone said they've been there for over 20 years. And usually it's pretty good I think their banking on the fact that they're in five points there's not much else and people are going to order pizza even if they have to come get it... so their quality has just went completely out the window. We will never ever order anything else from there. Even if we have to drive to a different part of town to get the same item that they serve. Sad. My house is two streets away.... Now the people in the store were understanding and even knew what I was talking about but apparently it can't be fixed or the ownership will not fix it. on the way out a man told me your best bet is to order it online pay for it in the store and pick it up yourself. I thought having a Domino's was primarily for delivery. I thought that was the whole point.. It would Be nice if someone opened something else that's a little more hungry in the second sense of the word like maybe a Papa John's off of Andrew Jackson maybe Domino's will get their crap together. And we have no acts to grind against this store or this company this was just an extraordinarily awful experience.. That actually seems like it's a normal situation. It's almost as if they're giving you glitches and problems to make you go into the store and order and pick it up yourself. You think I'm lying call the number...
Read moreI just had a terrible yet completely avoidable experience with your store. I'll start by saying I've ordered from your location probably a dozen times and I've never had an issue previously. The food and the service have been good. This most recent time, however, was possibly the worst experience I've ever had ordering pizza and maybe even food... All because of the manager you have on duty tonight (9/10/25). I got to the store and my order was different than what I had ordered online. I won't get into the details but I just accepted the situation, paid, and left. When I got home I left a review stating what happened making sure to place blame on the app and not the employees. Within minutes I got a call from the manager blaming me for the mistake and complaining about leaving a bad review in the app. I was stunned at first that he had called me in such an aggressive and confrontational manner so I hung up on him thinking that would end the situation. Instead he calls me again being even more aggressive and rude. So guess what? I hung up again. Then your manager had the nerve to call me a third time and tell me that since I had hung up on him that my number would be banned and that I would no longer be allowed to order from there again. Seriously? This is how you run your business? It's actually almost laughable at how absurd the situation is and how immature and unhinged your mansgers's behavior was but I'm not laughing. I will never order from this location ever and, mostly likely, any other Domino's for a really long time.
Update: Not surprisingly I can't comment on the owner's "response" and now I can't leave another review. So it's nothing more than the owner trying to appear like they care. I sent an email almost 24 hours ago and I still haven't received an email back so that you could "make it up" to me. What an absolute joke. Stop pretending...
Read moreI ordered the medium 2 topping pizza and the philly cheesteak sandwich, both were the $5.99 each deal. The pizza was supposed to have extra cheese...it didn't, and the end crust was dry but, with no garlic. The sandwich was literally ALL almost nothing but bread. There was hardly any meat at all on it, and definitely hardly any veggies at all. I didn't even see but a couple of green peppers, and I didn't even see any onion at all. I am very disappointed because I was really in the mood for the sandwich tonight. It was extremely disappointing to say the least. The online ordering was easy, and so was the pick-up, including a nice, happy and friendly face, but the sandwich LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED. I hope that it can be replaced at some.point at no charge. The pizza definitely did not have the garlic crust that it is supposed to have!!
A week later...today July 15, 22...called twice to try and order, was on hold almost 15 minutes both times, nobody answered!!!! I mean can you not come on and say can you hold and at least let me know something?????!!!!!! Now, I am forced to order my son and his overnight guest so.ething else to ear elsewhere!!
