Let me tell you the story one night after work I went to KFC or order the number to the breast milk I told them I wanted to breast instead of a wing I want to extra crispy I got back in the car almost home besides pull over and check my meal and it was three thighs so I called back and act like they're closed I went down there and they're still open it with 20 minutes till they close I told them about it they said they couldn't couldn't of chicken in time then offer give me a refund or wrote my name down on the books so the next morning I called the main office and told them about it show them the receipt I paid $9 and something for the mill all together and they told me they will be sending me a coupon we're about two months later I guess coupon in for $5 I lost $4 after spending $2 in gas to get there to the KFC headquarters which is off of Jordan Lane instead of the one by the bowling alley on the parkway see if their food will be any better so I ordered a number to gave them the coupon they argue with me and said anything to different location I said well your corporate office gave it to me right next door here and it to me in the mail and that paying $4 and something out my pocket and or extra crispy they gave me a regional I forgot to give my slaw to me I would not recommend nobody to go there. The workers who have to work there feel sorry for custom managers must make all the money and talk to her workers like their dirt and I guess it's my don't care about their job or how to give customer good customer service anymore but I would recommend anybody that KFC off Jordan Lane five more Parkway and off of North Parkway they're all the same greasy chicken that's no good and biscuits that's either all or burnt. Ingle cross street to Popeyes and ask for a manager special which comes with two breast spicy or mild a biscuit and one side item for $5 and their...
Read moreI love the food but I feel like the district level management is trash. One time like 2 months ago I was immediately asked to pull up to the front to wait for an order ostensibly cuz they were making my fries fresh… I waited ten minutes in the parking lot for them to bring out my cold order til I walked back in, watched them give 2 folks orders with fresh fries, I heard an employee mention that there was someone waiting on an order… I piped up saying it was me… they apologized but last week I was in there with my dad, he ordered a large drink and the cashier rang him up for a medium… he kept saying it was a large she couldn’t hear him or something over the busted microphone… the white dude with the long hair his name tag said manager or something told him he needed a dollar more to get a large drink cuz the cashier had ordered him a medium drink… when I looked up the app it said the medium large difference was .20c …. My dad gave him the dollar and got what he wanted, but I’m confused on who is managing this place… great food, just about everyone I know agrees, but the staff is weird and I feel like management has to be a problem if a low level manager is stressing about a dollar and if I’m like, immediately being asked to pull to the front then waiting in the dining room for ten minutes.
It shouldn’t be this hard to get original recipe chicken in Huntsville. I know why they’re asking me to pull to the front, it’s cuz they hit a button that said it took less than a minute to serve me. I know why that guy asked my dad to pay extra for the large drink he repeatedly attempted to order, it’s cuz yall are auditing his cash register like crazy and he’s terrified he’s gonna be in trouble cuz the new girl made an easy mistake. And customer service suffers and yalls reviews suck. The foods...
Read moreNormally wouldn't do this on a one off issue, but I went through, and I ordered the bowl work no corn.
I said it several times. No corn. I really don't like corn, and I think the taste is funny with the chicken and mashed potatoes. It's whatever, that's how it comes, and it's a perfectly reasonable item. I just don't like corn.
There was corn in my bowl. I'm like, well, I'm not happy, but I'll eat it. Builds character. Move on. But I'll call the store and let them know what happened for training purposes. I'm not going back, it's a long drive, and I don't care that much.
However, the level of apathy I got from the people on the other end of the phone got me to write this. Because when you call, you expect them to apologize, offer to let you come back or take your name for a replacement, thank you for telling them, and saying they will talk to the staff. Lip service at least. I basically got, you can come back and get another (no... I've come a long way from that store).
I was like I just want y'all to know so you can tell the people making stuff, people could have allergies and that's why they order things a specific way.
The lady didn't care, from her tone. Hopefully managers or whomever see this and will have a chat. This is, unfortunately, the case at so many KFC locations. I like the potatoes and gravy, or I'd just not go... It's why people line up around chick fil a, and avoid KFC.
At the store they were very nice if a little short, and service was prompt and the food was hot. But they need to listen...
