UPDATE: In response to your reply back to me, Taz turned ONE year old january 31st - my vet has his weight 65 pounds..he is still a pup..i am disappointed that for whatever reason you've taken this personally and resorted to distorting the truth..ive only taken him to ONE other daycare, true he did not have a good experience and i did leave a review, but THREE is a blatent lie..your reason for doing that is unclear to me, but i find it disturbing..you are entitled to run your business the way you see fit, but if you have to lie in order to do it then you have bigger problems than my pup..i have never been responded to in a review in such an unprofessional, retaliatory manner..i just wrote a review telling what happened and felt like it could have been dealt with differently, i didnt smear you and try to make you look bad like you have my sweet Taz!! I hope people reading this can see what is actually going on..
END OF UPDATE ā----------------------------------------------------------
Not sure why they bother with an evaluation..my puppy got rave reviews about so sweet and playful..joy to have..but as they get more dogs you become less relevant and they will kick you out, for nothing..puppies are puppies and they put them with older dogs, which of course, usually don't want to play with puppies..so this is not the place if you are looking to teach your puppy socializing skills..poor doggies!!!..I understand you were looking out for his safety..but he is a pup..i didn't want him hurt or bit, just thot that as professional day care you would have been better at helping with social skills..everything I've read says this is normal for a puppy his age..typical puppy behavior..it might be a good idea to separate older dogs from puppies..but it makes you feel really bad when a professional place of business kicks out your pup for being a pup..so in your response you said he's welcome anytime..at this point I would never bring him back..but just to be clear..I was told he could not come back!!!..he was not the aggressive dog and I'm just surprised you couldn't have found a better alternative..how else do puppies learn? Maybe if you have a really...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy dog was boarded over Labor Day weekend. A room with a camera was specifically chosen to see how our dog behaved while she was away from us. She is naturally anxious.
The camera only worked for 24 hours. We were unable see how our dog was behaving. We paid extra for additional time outside but who knows if we actually got what we paid for.
We emailed the facility to let them know about the camera while away, but we received no response via email. We picked our dog up and mentioned the camera being non-operational most of the time and nothing was offered. Didn't even want to ask for a discount because I knew I would never drop my dog off there again.
Once we got home, I noticed a small boo-boo on my dog's mouth and her collar was shredded like it was rubbed up against something for an extended period of time. I do not trust these people with a dog.
EDIT: They called within 5 minutes of this review. He said that Comcast was down that weekend. I said since he knew that it was down why did I have to pay for a service that I did not receive. No answer. He said that they don't even use collars at the facility. I said that it didn't arrive at the facility like that. I then asked if he was working that weekend and he said that he would have to check his schedule and then just said yes. Since he was not happy with my answers the call ended with him saying "good luck with that". I guess in response to what he considers an attitude. Sorry man. I'm not happy with...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI can not say enough about this place!!! My dogs have boarded at the same place since they were 6 months old (they are 9 and 10 now) so I was extremely nervous and stressed about leaving them at a new place.
Customer service: 12/10 Every single staff member (we encountered 4 different folks) were extremely friendly, courteous, and very clearly cared and loved on the animals there. They addressed every concern (about my own dogs being in a new situation nothing to do with them) very clearly and with great respect and care. Edit: shout out to Olivia (I think) sheās who made our reservation and checked us in. She was an absolute pleasure
Billing: 12/10 when my husband and I came to pick up our dogs I (they communicated it Iām just goofy and must have misheard) misunderstood something about the bill. The gentleman behind the counter went above and beyond to handle this swiftly and with kindness. I am extremely grateful that he was willing to help us. Thank you for your kindness, sir.
Dogs condition: 12/10 I have two dogs, one large and one small. They are both ALOT to handle. They were both very happy and didnāt seem stressed at all when returning to us. They also seemed clean which can be difficult considering theyāre dogs and they play!!
I will recommend this place to everyone I know and will absolutely be back!!! Thank you guys so much for taking care of...
