Krystal — Restaurant in Huntsville

Manager on duty by the name of Steven very unprofessional!! Went here on lunch break at 2:30am nobody was available to take my order after pulling up to the speaker multiple times thinking maybe I pulled up incorrectly and they weren’t able to hear the drive thru beep... I pulled up to the window even called on the inside no one answered or came to the window after blowing my horn & knocking on the window. I proceed to pull to the front to knock on the front door and seen a worker make eye contact with me. I get back in my car to go back to the speaker no one still comes to take my order at this point I am very upset & irritated. I pull around to the window and the manager on duty comes to the window being very rude asking “who do I think I am”. I’m a paying customer that’s who moral of my story after going through all of this Steven proceeds to record me on his phone as I’m explaining to him why I’m upset at this point..instead of fixing the situation and apologizing he claims that they were in the freezer. mind you it’s 2:30 in the morning only two people working so why would both workers be in the freezer doing god knows what. I will never go back to...

I went get some Krystal's this evening. I normally enjoy their cheese Krystal's. However, the service this evening was not very good. I was waiting in the drive thru and was ask to wait to order. After 10 minutes passed I reversed and pulled back up to the drive thru. They had forgotten I was waiting. Then they took my order. I pulled up to the window and was given some of my food. I was told to pull up front to wait for my fries. I waited another 10 minutes before I realized they weren't bringing the fries. I went back through the drive thru and was finally given cold hard fries. I got home and all the rest of the food was overcooked and cold. Needless to say, I will not be back anytime soon. This is upsetting because I used to have a Krystal closer to my house on South parkway. I drive to Bob Wallace just for Krystal's and it was an awful experience with worse food. UPDATE: 10/27/2023 Progress has been made! The deep voiced gentleman behind the counter, grill and drive up window did an excellent job of moving people in and out all the while providing a 'Krystal' meal. I promised never to return, but I did... Thank you Sir.

Original Post: I realize this is a drive thru gut bomb restaurant... however the service is HORRIBLY SLOW! The place had at least six (6) employees in the cooking area that I could see. The dinning room is closed, so their one and only sales point is the drive through window and it took them over fifteen (15) minuets to push out a one (1), albeit delicious hamburger order! How can that be? Are there no time standards? Apparently not. If you got time to sit around and wait it's worth it; if you're in a hurry pass on this establishment. BREAK I will say that the owner responded promptly, but I don't have to drink sour milk twice to know it's sour. Thanks,...
