Laredo Taco Company — Restaurant in Huntsville

Terrible service. I called in ahead of time and wanted to order 4 breakfast tacos with beans and WITHOUT CHEESE, along with tomatoes and onions.

I fully expected to be charged for beans, but not only did they charge me for cheese, they also tried to charge me for onions and tomatoes. The fat woman copped an attitude about how I told them their sign says that tomatoes and onions are free, and her response was "Well I guess I'll need to change that!" Seriously, what the heck is that kind of attitude. It's the store's sign and I'm getting attitude from some fat old lady about what their own sign says. Maybe she hates her job or hates people like me, but I don't need any attitude when I've got exams and school to do. I just wanted food and to pay a fair price for what is advertised.

Apparently though, the reviews about this place are correct. It's a shame, because I went there the day before and the young man there was very kind and respectful. But this woman has completely ruined any goodwill towards this place.

And the kicker? Even after all that, the cashier still charged me for beans AND cheese. Honestly, I was thinking of just not paying for it, but I have an exam today and I don't want to do that on an empty stomach.

Definitely don't go to this place, terrible service and terrible attitudes.

People are lazy!!!!!!! The walk so slow, they always missing something or don't have anything and I use to work for food companies and this is by far the most unprofessional "restaurant ever" They never have food prep nothing is done in time. And for what??? $10 plate for no reason the food is c9ld and if they keep on with this people can sue for bacterial infection due to improper temperature of food. They look miserable and make people feel uncomfortable. Nobody doesn't...
