Chinese Wok Huntsville — Restaurant in Huntsville

I dare you to find a petty and pathetic man than there is "Frank," the owner, at this restaurant. I drive 15-20 minutes there and 15-20 back to Riverside to get this, the closest Chinese. One day, I asked for "no sweetsour, but I need 4 dumpling saunce." The drivethru guy gives me 4 sweetsour instead. I drive home 20 minutes to find the mistake Frank's employee made. Call employee and he tells me he'll have my order remade. Get this: I don't eat dumplings without dumpling sauce (the reason is in the name).

I call 3 days later to have it remade and Frank answers the phone. I tell him the story and he says, "OK, I'll give you one order of dumplings, what else do you want?" He doesn't care that I spend my time traveling, that his employee messed up or that I wasted gas, he is only concerned about his bottom line.

Anyone close to Frank should understand how petty he is, how selfish of thought he is and that his ego is too fragile to own a business. He made no sense on that phone saying, "it's just sauce" that night and he knows it, his pride was hurt. We agreed I would check my orders going forward.

When I drove there today, 15-20 minutes, he said, "I can't serve people like you," even though he was the one I talked to on the phone (a phone that did not work at all for a week I KID YOU NOT).

This Chinese restaurant is not going to be around long enough. Try Yummy Yummy or the buffet in town, it's not far and the owner's understand customer retention there,...

In 2020, I worked at this location. I was a broke college kid that needed income. I was desperate for work. The manger who owned the business paid me "Under the Table". His reason was due to me getting paid so little IRS would take it out my check. I was a dish washer. He also allowed me to help cook fried rice at times. He ended up FIRING ME for leaving a 1 Star review even though it was my opinion. During the firing he kept asking if I was going to "Tell on him" or "Try to get him in trouble". Hindsight, he was trying to manipulate me due to him being shady. I honestly hated the food. Im a Panda express kind of person. At the time 2 white women worked there along with a Asian man who cooked. The owner was also asian. I was 20 when this happened. Now i'm 24 and realize how unjust that situation was. During the firing he also said the 2 white women could not "Trust Me" anymore over that review that i though was just google maps. I explained that to him and he asked " Do you around 1 Staring places?" You deserves this one star and I hope you get caught trying this with some other desperate...

Rude RUDE RUDE.. ! The manager did not want to give me her name. All of our food was ruined .. the dasher daid they packaged it wrong and told the manager. She was rude. I called her she would not give me her name! She wont tell me when the owner will return Brown hair with red dye in it .a couple of weeks ago one of my employees bought soup. She did the same thing did not pacakge it right. She is 72 years old . She told the manager sge yhteaten to call the police if she didnt leave. Over something her fault. The owner needs a new manager .basically i was robbed.. they blame door dash.. door dash blame them. Im out 50 bucks because of an arrogyoung lady who won't take fault. Why isn't she giving customers her name. ? That's very suspicious and unprofessional. My staf is here looking at the mess of food delivered. Every time i try to post a pic the comment deletes.
