Short version: Employee acted very annoyed and inconvenienced by my questions as to when my order would be ready. Long version: Placed an online order to be picked up at a future time. Got there right at that time, and I didn't seen it in the online pickup box thing, but I noticed there were no other pizzas in that box. I saw that there was some pizzas on the warmer with what looked like order forms on them, so I asked the woman working behind the counter if there were online orders that were ready, but weren't in the pickup box. She asked my name and said only that my order wasn't ready yet. I asked when it would be ready (since now we are at a few minutes after the designated pick up time set) and she just said she didn't know and then went back to the drive up customer. When she was done with them ,I said to her that I needed to know a timeframe as to when it would be ready because I had my family waiting in the car (this is July in Alabama, it's hot). That's when she told me that the time I set in the app for pickup is the time that they receive the order at the store and it goes into their queue. So, I went back out to my car and waited until the app told me it was ready for pickup. I went in again, saw it wasn't in the online pickup box, so I again asked for my order, told to hold on, and then I said something about how it was a ridiculous way to have the order ahead system set up and that you should tell people on the website that it's an order placed time, not pickup time because I was now waiting over 10 minutes at this point instead of just walking at the designated time and grabbing my order and walking out. She then got very unnecessarily rude and said something about how it wasn't her personally who did anything and I said of course not her personally but the way the company has their site set up. The way it is set up is just going to create more and more problems. She then yelled into the back for them to bring me my order and the lady in the back said, it's sitting right there, and the first woman said she wasn't doing it and proceeded to go back to the drive up window. The lady from the back nicely smiled and brought me my order. It was just an odd encounter because I wasn't trying to be rude at any moment and thought that asking a simple question like as to when my order would be ready shouldn't really set off someone who's job is working the front counter. I just grabbed my pizza and left. I normally wouldn't post a bad review, but my husband picked up from there last time and had a similarly poor experience, so I thought I'd finally say something. Just basic customer service training for the front staff is highly recommended and maybe fix the wording online to say something like hey, this is putting you in queue at this time, not your pizza will be ready at this time. Oh, and they forgot my marinara sauce for my crazy bread. Unfortunately, will not be revisiting this location and that stinks because Little Caesars is like a taste of home for us (we are originally Michiganders,...
Read moreIf I could only give half a star I would, this is the most wasteful company I have ever seen. They waste their products and ingredients worse than any other restaurant. Worse than that, they throw away whole pizzas all day everyday. If a pizza gets older than 30 minutes while sitting in the hot box (the thing that keeps the pizza "hot n ready") then they throw it directly in the garbage. Homeless people come in asking for food and get denied. I've seen people come in that I know for a fact are truly hungry and they get told to kick rocks. It's ridiculous and terribly wasteful. There are thousands upon thousands of starving people in this country alone and these people are just gonna throw whole pizzas in the garbage. I saw a boy struggling to throw a garbage bag in the dumpster and I asked him jokingly if it was full of bricks, and he said no sir it's literally all pizza. A WHOLE JUMBO SIZED GARBAGE BAG full of nothing but perfectly good food. That bag could have fed a hungry family for a week or more but they chose to put it in the garbage. This company is the definition of what's wrong with humanity today. Other than that it is a noisy smelly restaurant full of extremely rude employees, most of which are on drugs and/or fresh out of prison. Exit: I watched the same homeless man get denied here and then walk across the street where the manager proceeded to COOK him FRESH food and...

I started going back to Little Caesar’s because of the crazy puffs. But not all crazy puffs are created the same and some of your employees are rude and unprofessional! The last time I went there they messed my order up, but I didn’t know until I made it home later that evening. One of the boxes had pepperoni instead of the herb and cheese (I don’t eat meat), the other box was overcooked and squashed with burnt cheese at the bottom and around the edges. None of them had herb on them.
I called up to the location to let them know. At first they told me, “we will replace or refund”, but I couldn’t get up there so he said send pictures and we will see if it’s eligible for a refund or remake. Long story short, I ended up going back and he refused to remake the burnt puffs and while I was waiting on them to remake the other box he called the police and before giving me my order he told me I was trespassing and couldn’t come back. Mind you, I was just sitting in the lobby waiting for my order. I told him I would be contacting corporate and asked for his name, he refused to give me his name so I said “Smile for your picture, since I can’t get your name they will see your face. Bad business. Won’t be back and I will make an...
