Madison Taproom — Restaurant in Huntsville

The sign outside is antiquated and fancy and you think it's going to be an uppity joint. Then you go inside and you're greeted with this comfortable sight and a wonderful taproom. The owner is there talking to people and shaking hands. The employees are excited to be there- well, everyone is excited to be there and they enjoy alcohol, know their alcohol, and really want you to come and hang out. We met the owner(s), and they even offered and gave us the tour of the place and the back room. Lots of positive energy. We were excited and the drinks were great. We can't wait to go back.

Had an amazing visit! I'm new to beer and the friendly bartender took me on a tour of the 20+ beers and ciders on tap. I tasted half a dozen things all for free to help me decide what to get. The comfy sofa was a great place to chill while I enjoyed my selections. I could've watched whatever I wanted on the TV, but I had brought my laptop and did some writing instead. The taproom is very nice, laid back, welcoming and relaxing. There is a great selection of beer with 28 craft on tap ranging from cider and IPA to porters, stouts, and imperials, then the walls and coolers are filled with a great selection of local and unique brews. The owners and staff are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. You can sample drafts, fill growlers, enjoy a glass inside, or sit out on the patio with a cigar from the cigar...
