I recently went here with family for a birthday and I had a really bad experience. To start we waited for about and hour to get seated which we had a larger party so I understood. We ordered drinks which came right away, however we waited another 30 mins before our waiter came and took our food order. About 30 mins later half of our food arrived however no silverware or napkins arrived with them. We let the waiter know that 4 dishes were still not here after another 10 mins. After another 10 mins another waiter comes which we tell them we still have not received the other dishes and they write a brand new ticket. At this time we call the manager who states they are very sorry, our waitress is new, blah blah blah they will comp our meal. Awesome. So finally our other dishes make it to the table. We finish and our waitress brings us the check. We say the manager says shr will comp the meal. She goes to the manager. The manager comes back and says that she thinks we have gotten some things mixed up and she can take 10% off our bill....... At this point we are so ready to go we pay and leave. The next day my dad has food poisoning from the sushimi salmon they brought out late which he had mentioned the night before that it looked a little greasy but was soo hungry decided it was probably nothing. I probably will not be eating at this location again. And the manager should really be ashamed of herself for...

I recently dined at "I love sushi" and had an amazing experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, with a cozy and inviting ambiance.

The service at "I love sushi" was truly excellent. The staff members were attentive, polite, and very helpful. They were quick to answer any questions we had about the menu and provided thoughtful recommendations. What I appreciated most was that the service wasn't over overwhelming; the staff struck the perfect balance between being present when needed and giving us space to enjoy our meal.

Now, let's talk about the food. The sushi at "I love sushi" was absolutely delicious. The fish was fresh, and each piece was beautifully presented. The menu had a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to all kinds of sushi lovers. Whether you prefer classic rolls or more adventurous combinations, this restaurant has got you covered.

I highly recommend trying their specialty rolls. They were a true treat for the taste buds. One of my favorites was the volcano roll, which had a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The spicy tuna roll was also outstanding, with just the right amount of kick.

Overall, my experience at "I love sushi" was exceptional. The combination of great atmosphere, excellent service, and delectable sushi made it a memorable dining experience. I will definitely be returning to satisfy my sushi cravings...

My husband and I go there a couple times a month and it’s always wonderful. But this time my 3 friends and I sat for 30 minutes before we even were greeted, another 30 for our appetizers, and when all four of us ordered miso soups, only two of us got it, then the other two got their entrees before me and another friend. One of which was the wrong order. We waited another 30 minutes before we finally had to inform a bartender we were missing half our entrees. The manager finally came by and blamed my friends first experience and said “yeah it can be confusing for first time customers” when it was the servers fault. The manager offered us a discount but only took $5 off the entire ticket. She then charged the wrong cards. The manager then proceeded to blame the server, saying she was new. But how is a new server being sat 2 parties, a six and twelve top, and 2 four tops? I’ve worked in the restaurant industry and I wasn’t given a party of 6 until my third week. All in all, both our server and manager experience was absolutely below average and in the 2 hours we sat and waited, and corrected our orders, the kitchen staff rang their bell impatiently. I don’t blame the kitchen staff, I blame the server and the manager for not being more responsive to customers and communicating...

The food was great, high quality ingredients and very authentic taste. Best ramen in town for sure and fresh high quality sushi! It has a very private, and intimate vibe with booths separated by walls and privacy screens and sound doesn't carry far so it's good for private conversations. They have seperste rooms in a very Japanese style for large groups, the menus are faux alligator skin and stylish and they have a large selection of wine, cocktails and drinks. Their food selections are also widely varied with reasonable prices. One of my favorite things was that they have such a large selection of dessert! It's not just generic cake and pie they have mochi ice cream, tempora ice-cream (in exotic flavors) and tempora cheesecake! Will definitely be returning.

The workers were all friendly, but I feel like someone should be honest about these reviews. I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review for a restaurant. They offer free icecream in house if you give a good review so I imagine that’s why I was mislead to try this place. The California roll was okay, for that and this plate of teriyaki chicken it was over $30 for one person. It literally looked like hospital food. A unseasoned grilled chicken patty cut into slithers with some funky cold sauce. I am not a picky eater and I just couldn’t with that or the vegetables. I was very disappointed by the reviews because the food is nothing to call home about and it’s super overpriced. The workers were all very friendly though and it’s a nice clean establishment.
