So I placed an order on the mobile app. after I'd ordered and paid, I got a phone call about 10 minutes later from this store. They tell me they are out of meatballs and did I want to substitute for something else. As that's what my son and husband wanted, I told them no just to cancel the order. The guy on the phone sounded so confused. He told me I had to be the one to cancel it from the app. however when I opened the app it clearly stated on the bottom that if I wanted to cancel the order I had to call the store. At this point he didn't know what to do. Him and another lady that was working both told me to come to the store and they would refund the order. okay no big deal. I went down there I got my refund and I went to a different location and got the order that I wanted. About an hour and a half after I got my refund and order from a different location, the store manager from this location calls me. Very hateful, unapologetic at all. She told me that I had to bring that cash refund back, because they don't do cash refunds on mobile orders. I told her that was not my fault, because her people told me to come to the store and they would refund my order. I have no problem taking the money back, but I refuse to be spoken to like that. Read moreI order from this location often due to how close it is to my job. I’ve always been satisfied and happy with my interactions here until today. I placed my order on the app and arrived 20 minutes later to pick it up. I was told they didn’t not receive my order and asked by two different workers if I was sure I placed it at the correct location. I showed them the order on my app which confirmed the location was chosen correctly. I also showed them that the amount was taken out of my bank account as well. I asked if they could just make the order since I was charged for it and I was told they couldn’t do that since “they didn’t receive the order”. I was told I would have to reorder it and pay for it AGAIN or they could just wait for the order to come thru and then make it, which was not an option for me since I had to return to work and had no idea how long that would take. I ended up just purchasing a soda so I could atleast have a drink since I would have to skip lunch now. After returning to work I noticed the Coke I purchased had expired in October of 2024. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service, especially in a scenario where I feel like I was not in the wrong nor rude to the workers. Read moreOne the owner is a horrible individual, lacking all character or moral. I was offered a job way below what I should be getting paid. There are no benefits. I set for 20 min waiting to be interviewed, was never offered a drink or shown any respect. Cool Come back for the start day bc apparently he was busy on Monday so I couldn’t start. Tuesday comes around I’m new to the area and tried to get my lights turned on online. There was an issue with transferring it and I needed to go in person.
The owner blatantly violated EEOC laws and told me he did not care that my lights weren’t switched over he and I quote stated I’m not going to be understanding. Remind you, this is a management position where I possess a bachelors degree in criminal justice, and 20 years worth of experience in fast food. The owner who drives a Tesla apparently believes that slave labor is the way to go we are not human, nor do we get treated as human in his eyes. Laws do not apply to him.
