Viet Cuisine — Restaurant in Huntsville

I’ve been a regular for years and have tried every non-pho menu item at least once. I probably eat some variation of their take on curry about 40% of the time I go here - it’s a mild (there are 3 different spicy condiments you can add on the table) yellow lemongrass based curry with plenty of vegetables and meat. One of the most satisfying things to eat after a long day. I also enjoy the vermicelli bowl (i don’t know how to describe vermicelli - it’s kinda like bean sprouts) with charbroiled pork (the charbroiled pork is juicy, thinly sliced and heavily seasoned) and an egg Lemongrass chicken/beef is a classic - comes steaming hot (kinda like fajitas) with the vegetables cooking together with the juices. The chicken wings are one of my favorite dishes in Huntsville, and for the vegetarians/vegans, I promise you they’re more than accommodating. Words cannot explain the amazing taste and flavor of this dish. My wife and I have been recently interested in trying new places and came across Viet Cuisine, It was our first time experiencing Vietnamese food and it did NOT disappoint! The service has to be some of the best I've personally experienced at any restaurant, greeted and seated within less than a minute of entering this establishment. Not to mention after we got our drinks and placed our orders, the food came out in less than 5 minutes between the two of us. The only thing I would have to say that I wasn't a fan of was the lack of space that the restaurant has in terms of seating but besides that I enjoyed my experience here today and I would highly recommend if you're ever willing to try new things! Best Vietnamese food of ALL TIME - We've tried every Vietnamese restaurant in the Huntsville/Madison area and most in Birmingham and this one is the best--hands down. It's also the most economical. I hesitate to write this review because I don't want everyone to "discover" it, but I also want them to remain in business for a long time so we can keep coming! We always order the spring rolls appetizer (it comes with two and we have learned to order two portions for a family of four) and I get the pho while my husband orders clay pot.
